Shauna was an absolute dream to work with! The wedding planning process was a little harder for me than I thought it would be but I had Shauna to save the day. Shauna was incredible! Her energy and enthusiasm made every conversation fun and comfortable. Her dedication really showed when she worked with us even through her own personal plans for that weekend.
She initiated contact with all other vendors before the wedding and put together a detailed timeline for everyone to follow. The day of the wedding she really took charge so I did not have to think about anything and really went above and beyond with our extra decorations to make our vision come to life.

Where to begin...from the minute I had my first phone call with Shauna, I knew I was in good hands!! Living on the east coast and planning our wedding in Santa Barbara was certainly no easy task but having Shauna, who is so sweet, on the ball, super responsive (even when she was on vacation - I think she should learn to ignore all emails until she is home :)), gets things done well before the deadline, thinks about every single little detail to make sure our day was flawless (and it was!) and provided awesome recommendations for our rehearsal dinner and even nail salon! If you want your most special day to be flawless and stress free, than look no further! We are truly grateful for Shauna and can’t thank her enough!! I honestly will miss working with her and wish we lived in Santa Barbara to hang out 🙂

We hired Shauna as our month/day of coordinator for our backyard wedding earlier this month. Shauna was FANTASTIC. We were doing a very DIY wedding and she was honest with me in our initial conversations regarding what she thought might be tricky with some of my initial ideas (ie, how a spotifiy playlist instead of a DJ might be challenging and how to navigate not hiring a full service catering team since we were trying to save money there) . I am so glad I listened and had her running the show on our wedding day because everything turned out absolutely PERFECT. My vision was executed to a T and if there were any hiccups I certainly didn't know it. On the day of, she was extremely helpful in getting all of the DIY projects I had done set out where they were supposed to go and coordinating with all of the vendors that were coming and going. ++ her vendor recommendations for our DJ and Bartender/Service Staff were also absolutely perfect. We can't thank Shauna and her assistant enough, and we would recommend her to any of our friends getting married in the Santa Barbara area!
