An abundance of thanks is deserved for Alicia and Co! Maricela and Claudia made our special day wonderful and it went through without a hitch. They were on top of the schedule ensuring everything ran smoothly. Even prior to the wedding, they were a great help in assist with coordinating with the vendors and the venue. I understand it’s their job to make the bride and groom feel comfortable and at ease, but they went above and beyond that. They made us feel as if we were best of friends for years. I will definitely recommend them to anybody! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Absolutely the best!

Claudia and Maricela were our event planners for our 40th anniversary company event and I must say they did an incredible job. They definitely took the pressure off the marketing team and took control of both the planning phases as well as On-site day-of event itinerary.

They worked well within our budget, made themselves always available to us, and rolled with whatever came their way. We understand that it's not always so easy to do and we appreciated every detail and magic touch they brought to the table.

I worked with Maricela and Claudia for day of the coordination of my wedding. Alicia & Co was recommended by the venue and after I spoke with them- I knew I would be in good hands. They are both the most genuine and caring people who would gladly help with all the crazy wedding planning. And as a bride, you can feel when that they actually love what they do and really care.

They will take the time to go through all the details over many meetings as needed. They are always there for you to lean on in the midst of all kinds of wedding prep craziness. On the day of my wedding, everything went so smoothly that I didn’t even need to remember anything. I was able to really focus on celebrating with the loved ones. They are present and truly care about your experience of being able to soak it all in. Trust me- I was the naive one thinking I could do it alone but looking back, if I could I would have worked with them a lot sooner than I did.

Maricela exceeded my expectations by far. My husband and I hired her for our wedding in November 2020 (month-of coordination), which was right before the second COVID peak hit (noting this because that was a tough scenario to work with and she absolutely nailed it!). She was always 5 steps ahead of me, took care of every detail with vendors, was always on time, had so much knowledge of the wedding industry, and listening to what my husband and I wanted for our wedding day. She ensured that all of our guests were safe the day-of (taking care of check-ins with temperature checks, ensuring people were wearing their masks, ensuring hand sanitizers were placed throughout the venue, etc.). This review won't give Maricela justice - just know that she was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Would recommend her to coordinate anyone's wedding!
