The hotel was gorgeous, with very modern and trendy decor—almost a minimalist vibe. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the rain shower had the best pressure. The pool was small, but not a lot of people were out there, so it didn't impact us. We loved the large jacuzzi. Sunset hour was perfect, with complimentary drinks for an hour. The valet and bell boys were the best staff at the hotel. My only snub was the hotel was hardly full and we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they should have upgraded our room and they didnt even acknowledge our special day.

Hotel was quite busy when we arrived but we were attended to right away by the valet and front desk. The room is modern but comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows allowed for great ocean view. Very nice soaking bath salt pouch. Front desk was able to accommodate requests for small items like mouthwash.

We loved this hotel, visiting in low season was a hit. Sophisticated decor, spacious room with beautiful views, who can ask for more? Very professional and tentive staff. Besides hanging out by the pool, we borrowed e-bikes and went out for a tour on our own. Breakfast was included being a Globalist, we got to chose a main, side and a drink (besides the orange juice). The selected breakfast items were great. Besides we had lunch twice at Pocket (by the pool). Tasted great and not as expensive as expected. Since we only stayed one night, we didnt try the spa which you probably should. I can really recommend this hotel.

Purchased a day pass for a daybed on the Resort Pass app for my birthday on 10/31. What a delightful time. Weather was perfect. The pools, food and drinks were perfect. Service was friendly and timely. Just the right amount of people at the pool. Bathrooms were nearby and spotless. The beach had sand and we hit low tide just right. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely beautiful resort! Service is superb- and I felt it from the second I arrived. Francisco and the valet team were so warm, welcoming and helpful. Big shout out to them! Also loved the bar at VAGA. The bartender gave me a glass of champagne for my bday!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful, however it was underwhelming as a resort. I paid for an ocean room and they gave us the ground floor where all we could see was the access road. They let us change rooms but we couldn't do it until after sunset which is kind of a big selling point of an ocean view room. Phones were rarely answered. It took me several weeks to schedule a spa appointment. There were ants in the room. There was a wedding going on and it was very intertwined with the rest of the guests. We saw and heard it from our room and heard all the speeches while we were trying to have dinner. The spa was nice and the massage was wonderful, but they wore gloves which I wouldn't expect to be a request for such an expensive experience. It was unfortunate that so many things came up because it is a great property and everyone was great, but for what I was expecting it just unfortunately underperformed.

Rooms are superb, all overseeing the ocean, but you can hear your neighbors a little unfortunately.|The shower is super high flow / high pressure - amazing treat.|But the hotel is also next to a construction site. The beach is virtually non existent (10 min walk of rocks). The pool is minuscule and absolutely not possible to swim in. The gym is really just OK considering the standard of the hotel: no Stairmaster, no windows.

I was here for a conference, and did not stay overnight. The entire place is amazing. The views, the location, the building, everything is beautiful and perfect. The staff though, without exception, is beyond perfect. They are caring and seem to know what I needed before I knew it myself. Each person was always smiling and you could tell they were not only concerned about making the best experience for the guest they could, but you could also tell they were treated right by the management- caring attitudes like they had come from above and it was obvious the management also wanted every guest to have an amazing and wonderful experience. I am going back for the same conference in September and will be staying a few extra nights as well.
