I called at 9:30am in the morning to schedule a 3:30p pick up for a patient at our office. Called 3 times after 3:30 and was told the driver would be there in 3-4 minutes. I had my coworker call again at 4:00p because they still had not shown up, and the person who picked up hung up on her. By 4:20p a driver had still not shown and we had to reach out to another company. I had communicated the importance of a prompt pick up due to the patient having another appointment, I don't know if she will be able to still have it at this point. This is unacceptable and no way to do business. I do not recommend and will not be recommending to other patients or people. Completely unreliable and disrespectful in each interaction.

EDIT: NOT THE WRONG COMPANY, as the number I called MANY times is your listed number... I called from this google page and never closed it before adding a review. Ridiculous to have responded that way.

Very rude, I wanted to request a taxi and he told me to hang on and hung up on me not once but TWICE and when i called back they kept sending me straight to voicemail. Very bad service and rude. (EDIT) then he just replied to my comment saying wrong company…RIGHT COMPANY u just played with the wrong one , the unprofessionalism is insane now im reporting you.

Needed a ride home since I had to leave my car at the mechanic. My driver Saad arrived very fast and was very nice! Highly recommend All Marin Taxi if you’re in need of a ride. Thanks again Saad!!

Called All Marin to pick up a guest. The driver got impatient when he saw the senior citizen with a walker and drove away. I called the main line to report the discrimination; they said that they didn't have time to wait and hung up. A shame that this company would treat seniors this way. Do not use All Marin Taxi.

I called all marin taxi on superbowl Sunday bcuz my friend had called me frantic bcuz the chp had just towed his car after it broke down on the 101 fwy.

He was on the side of the fwy n I'm in Santa rosa. So I decided to call all marin taxi bcuz they r in Marin Co n could pick my friend up much faster than I could get there.

When I called I spoke with Sahiid, I told him what the situation was n I told him my friend was walking down the freeway n needed to b picked up. I thought after I told him that he would either hang up on me, or laugh n then hang up.

Not Sahiid, he took control of the entire situation n b4 I knew it he had my friend in his car within 10 minutes, n I'm being very honest.

I'm so impressed with all marin & especially Sahiid that I'm writing this review while he is in transit with my friend. Anyone who has the opportunity to read this n is trying to find a cab company to call, look no further than all marin.

I'm sure they r all good but my experience was with Sahiid, so ask for him, because I promise u that u won't b sorry.

Great taxi ride. On time, clean, safe, nice driver. I took a ride to the Oakland Airport at 6:15am the day after Thanksgiving. I like that they sent me a text message in the morning confirming the pickup time so I didn’t have to worry. Thank you!
