When it came to choosing our venue, we knew we wanted something unique and special, that would allow us to customize the décor and vibe to create an evening that felt quintessentially *us*. Having checked that off the list, our search for the perfect planner ended shortly after the first call with Kaitlin, the founder and owner at All the Best Moments. It was the first call we had that didn't immediately start off with warnings about how expensive or out of reach our vision would be, but instead left us feeling inspired and excited to begin planning with a partner who I knew would keep it real, but also make us feel like no idea was too big or unachievable.

We were paired with Emily Jaymes who was truly a pleasure to work with. Thrilled to have someone who was as organized and on it as me! We came with a very specific vision, ideas and concepts but to no surprise Emily, Kaitlin and the team brought it all to life. They were by our side every step of the way, from a year out to the day of, never made us feel stressed, kept conscious of our budget, and truly managed EVERY piece of the process for us. We knew we were in good hands and never had to wonder if things were falling through the cracks. They have a huge network of vendors - it seemed like they had someone in mind for everything. Even when we brought up a “hey wouldn’t it be cool if we could do this …” it was only one phone call away! Our wedding wouldn’t have been possible without them. On the day itself, we couldn’t even imagine if Emily and the team weren’t there with us. They kept us on schedule, managed all of our vendors for us, and brought the WHOLE day to life. Their presence on the day ensured flawless execution but more importantly allowed us to be fully present in the moment and not have to worry about a thing. The memories of our wedding day are so, so special and a day we know our guests will remember forever. Our whole experience with ATBM couldn’t have been better and we would recommend them for any event at any time!

Kaitlin helped us plan our wedding in NYC within 6 months. She did an excellent job at keeping everything on track. She is very professional and extremely organized. On the Wedding Day, Kaitlin and her team were super helpful. Including the details of making sure my wedding dress/veil/accessories were all bagged up nicely at the end of the night and placing my bouquet of flowers in a vase after the ceremony to preserve them, are just a few examples. Kaitlin is an absolutely wonderful wedding planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married. Thank you Kaitlin!!

Kaitlin, from the beginning, was very professional and knowledgeable about the wedding experience that my wife and I were hoping for. She took time to listen and be thoughtful about how we wanted our special day to go. She gave a lot of suggestions and ideas. Never once did we feel pressure to go with one vendor over the other. To that point, every vendor she recommended if we needed such was also of a very high standard; you could tell they shared the same values and quality service.

Kaitlin is very prompt and organized; she kept things on track for us. We hired her about nine months before our wedding date, and she never looked back.

Our wedding was absolutely everything we could have hoped for, if anything went wrong we sure didn't know about it... Kaitlin and her company truly did allow my wife and I what every other wedding planner should do: worry about nothing and enjoy everything about that special day... We surely did!
