We used Allegra Adventures for our private guided tour of the Plitvice Lakes back in June this year. We only had a two night stopover in the lakes on our road trip of Croatia so it was really important to make the most of it and have a great experience as it was on my bucket list of places to visit. The customer service was excellent throughout. We had booked the tour before we flew out to Croatia, paid a deposit and were told to pay the balance on the day of the tour. Allegra contacted us the day prior to the tour to confirm all details and again first thing on the day of the tour as the rain was pretty bad in the early morning (we had planned to be picked up from our hotel for 9am). They suggested delaying sending the driver to collect us for an hour or so until the sun came out and conditions were drier for us and more enjoyable. The driver, Christian, was punctual for the new agreed collection time and very friendly and polite, giving us facts about the countryside en route to the park entrance.
Our guide, Angelo, who met us there, was extremely knowledgeable and patient allowing us plenty of time to take photos, ask questions and take rest breaks. He showed us a great selection of the park that we could never have navigated on our own. He looked out for us constantly along the way and made sure we were comfortable with everything we did as neither of us are great hikers! 😁 We had not quite completed the full circuit in the 4 hours allotted but Angelo was more than willing to extend the time to complete the route. However, we were both tired so he arranged for Christian to meet us at a convenient spot to take us back to the hotel. Both Angelo and Christian are a credit to Allegra Adventures and I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Allegra for making my bucket list experience everything we were hoping for!

Absolutely amazing experience!! Me and my boyfriend went on the one day trip Allegra Adventures are organizing from Zagreb to Vienna and I can say it was one of the best experiences ever. The organization was 10 out of 10, everything was on time, the bus drivers were experienced professionals and I felt safe while traveling to our destination and back. The tour guides Eli and Angelo were phenomenal !! The way they told the history of Vienna and some fun facts, made me feel the rich history of the town close to my heart. We will for sure join you again on the many other day trips you have organized. Thank you!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in Zagreb and near towns. Since my husband is blind Andrea and Angelo (our tour guides) were very attentive to my husband's needs. The descriptive information about every building and history of the places we visited was enough to let our imagination go back and revisit old and new Croacia:)... Pamela you are the best!

Sve pohvale agenciji Allegra Adventures na jako lijepo organiziranom jednodnevnom putovanju u Beč tokom adventa.

Vodiči su bili vrlo pristupačni i ljubazni prema svim putnicima te uvijek skrbili da smo svi na okupu. Detaljno su nam objašnjavali sve povijesne zanimljivosti i informacije o znamenitostima grada, što mi je osobno bilo vrlo poučno. Također, vodiči govore više jezika te sve prevode pojedincima koji ne razumiju hrvatski ukoliko ih nešto interesira.

Moram pohvaliti i samu organizaciju, te lijepo pripremljen i presonaliziran plan puta kojeg smo dobili mailom dan prije samog polaska. Osim toga, iznenadili su nas i sa posjetom nekoliko lokacija koje nisu bile u planu. Cijena za mene kao studenta i moju suprugu je bila vrlo pristupačna s obzirom na destinaciju i sam program puta.

Svakako preporučujemo Allegra Adventures agenciju, te željno iščekujemo iduće putovanje sa njima 😊
