Colette at Alliance has been our travel agent for a number of years. She is an informed, worldly professional who does a fantastic job. She has never failed to provide exceptional service and insightful opinions when we discuss travel plans either at home or abroad. The arrangements that she makes always make us feel like VIPS wherever we travel. I don't know who the owner has answering her phones but the lady answering is VERY RUDE!! I called tried contacting this agency to book a trip to Hawaii just like the pervious person stated and you ask the lady answering how she is today and she very rudely asks what you need instead of having common curiosity and answering the customers question! I find this to he very disrespectful and extremely rude! Take your business elsewhere seriously. Someone need to inform her boss what she is doing this is SO RUDE AND SHE NEEDS TO LEARN SOME MANNERS. If I could give 0 stars I would just because of the receptionist nasty attitude!

I called this agency looking for a trip to Hawaii in May and had to hang up due to the rudeness of the person on the phone. I was so appalled by the tone in her voice and her delivery. The brief time that I spent with her on the phone was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. And to add to my experience with Alliance Travel, it was the owner...imagine that. Take your business and money elsewhere.

Having been trying to get resolution since June 2022. Terrible customer service response. Have asked for customer service supervisor to return a call...was told would in 24 - 48 hrs. still waiting months later.
Look for another company if you must have travel insurance
