My daughter loved holding the alligator. All the reptiles were very cool and the feeding was fun to watch. Only the alligator was available for pictures. The winter season is too cold, I was told, to bring the snake out.

We came here on spring break 2024 after reading the reviews. Our kids are 17 and 13 and both love reptiles. It was actually a very good experience. It's not a large venue and you can go through the venue in just under an hour or so and experience everything. The prices are very reasonable and I'd recommend purchasing one of the live feedings and souvenir photo too. Cory was great with answering our questions about the reptiles. The staff are all friendly and polite. The only negatives would be that some of the reptile enclosures could use more natural habitat. And the alligator enclosure seemed cramped for the amount of alligators they have in there. Recommended.

Nice stop on a rainy day! The animals are impressive and look well cared for. Some of the enclosures appear small but reptiles do not need large spaces. They have the largest alligator snapping turtle I have ever seen! With admission under $10, you will not be disappointed.

Really cool that you get to feed them and they have several options as well. You can feed the alligators, snapping turtle or snakes. A nice stop and it is good for two days.

Our kids and I really enjoyed this place. Owner was super friendly and even let my son use the private restroom when we were turned away by the surrounding businesses.
We spent a good amount of time here looking at all the reptiles and talking about them. Staff was very friendly and happy to talk. We went during the down season but I would imagine it feeling a little cramped if it was super busy.
Overall recommend checking it out.

This was a good, unique spot to venture off to. We had a blast. We paid $20 for both of us and I believe $7 for a live mouse. We didn't think there would be a live feeding, but we paid for one and saw two more.

We paid for a mouse for one of the snakes and saw two jumbo rats being fed to the alligators.

My husband really liked the feedings. The "handlers" fed them.

As for me, I enjoyed seeing the snakes, frogs, and other reptiles.

Our complaint is, the feedings aren't ethical. The live jumbo rats are dangled from the top of the tank of the alligators. There's 20 alligators in a tank. The exhibits are only a fraction of the space as they should be. The snakes didn't have any interactive objects in their exhibits.

In conclusion, my husband and I had a great time and will probably go back again. The exhibits need work and the animals need more space!

I'm a reptile lover (turtles particularly), and this place was a good simple send-off after the exciting weekend the family had. Feeding the gators was cool. You put meat chunks in a hole above the window, and they had step stools for the kids to feed them, too. If you feed them strategicly through various spots, you can seem them move a lot. I absolutely LOVE the giant alligator snapping turtles they had. I could have sat for hours and admired those living dinosaurs. Well worth the price, especially if you have the patience and fasination to watch the creatures move about.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is horrific and should be shut down. The animals look absolutely miserable, their enclosures are tiny and the alligators are crammed into a tiny tank like sardines. One of them bit another ones head when trying to get a tiny piece of meat. Places like these should not exist.

Additionally, they are selling exotic animals and are clearly not selling equipment to provide adequate care for them.

This place is an inhumane travesty and should be shut down immediately. Donate the money you were planning on spending here to a reputable animal rescue, shelter or advocacy group. I'm ashamed to have ever given them a cent.
