Absolutely wouldn't hesitate to rent bikes from here again. They test the bikes that have come back from rental to make sure they are running fine before they go out again. Plus I ended up purchasing a bike which I just love. Barbara was super friendly and helpful with everything. The staff just have a lovely attitude which makes all the difference these days.

This is the best bike shop we have ever encountered anywhere: the Hamptons, Hudson Valley or Manhattan. They saved our weekend on a busy summer Saturday afternoon by replacing both tires and tubes after a serious flat. They also solved a huge problem we had in finding a bike rack for our rented SUV. They sold and installed the perfect model. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. We cannot thank them enough.
