I am a driver and I usually have good experience checking in at the guard shack. Unfortunately, this gentleman working at guard shack was very disrespectful and wasn’t checking me in even though I was 30 minutes before my pick up. Very unprofessional and rude!

For life load delivery so not good appointment is 8:00 arrival day before 6:00 pm they said come tomorrow morning arrive 7:35 got dock already 11:00 still not finished yet, I’ll later for next load

Absolutely no one to be found in the "leadership hub", left waiting for 45 minutes in the shipping cage about the size of a dog kennel, with 5 other drivers that can not get help.
