This is the best office. I had to load my 2 year old in the car and travel 4 hours to get to this office. I procrastinated in getting my passport and everyone was so kind! The lovely lady who helped us entertained my son and let him help with the pictures and gave him a snack from her lunch while we were waiting. She never got upset with my toddler and was very fast and lovely throughout the entire process. I will always make the trip to come to the Santa Monica location whenever I need to again. Thank you!

Our company uses ambassador for all our travel needs. As a production company, we often need last minute visas and they have always come through. Ladan and Cris are the best and no matter how busy they are, they always take time to say hi and take care of me.
