I had unpleasant experience with Arshad , He sold me international ticket without baggage allowance . He does not know basics, not trust worthy with tickets. . I realized any one can do better individually then him so started to buy may own tickets which I used to get from them before.

We have known Parag Patel since inception 1997 and are always honored to buy our air tickets from him, (meaning lifetime valued customer) and glad to report that we have had zero trouble or glitch so far..

Our Lufthansa flight from ATL to BOM was canceled recently, and we called the office of American travel for input and assistance. Staff worked longer hours and re-booked air tickets with confirmed seats. We were greatly appreciated.

Kudos to the team members at American Travel. Surely, they deserve appreciation and dedication for their hard work.

If it's required, teams even call India to update on air ticket issues, meaning special customer additional services.

All the staff that I have interacted with over the phone are very professional, detail oriented and willing to work for customer, listen to customer's concerns and any issues customer may have related to booking/flight schedule change/related to baggae etc. They are always there not just to help you but they put their level best to resolve any issue customer may have related to the travel.

Booked a round trip flight to India. We had a medical emergency and had to change the flight and received poor experience when rebooking. Parag originally booked the flight and Sonali was helping after Parag was unavailable. We had to call multiple times over a few days to get a response when we were rebooking the return flight and they just said they were busy each time and didn’t call us back. We had to keep calling back for an update. Sonali told us it would be ~$3900 for the one way and when we looked it up on our own it was significantly cheaper. We didn’t get any discount for having to rebook for another day from the original booking. When we told them we found a cheaper price on our own and would just try to book it ourselves if that’s the only rate they found, they didn’t even say anything on the phone and basically just said okay which felt like very poor customer service. She didn’t seem to care possibly because they had already gotten their money from the original booking. We didn’t feel prioritized at all.

One of the things you expect to not have to worry about when booking with an agency is if something goes wrong or needs to changed. You expect them to support and take care of things. Simply don’t trust them to help if anything goes wrong or needs to be adjusted with the booking.
