The room was clean but the coffeemaker didn’t work so we had to go and get a different one and we asked for more coffee since we drink a lot and it was early in the evening and was told that we could only get 2 at a time which is kind of dumb. Other than that the staff was friendly and the room was clean. Plus every time we kicked the bottom of the beds in sounded like thunder which we had a laugh over just needed a sound machine with rain sounds and could have had a room with a rain forest theme.

Haven’t been away in a very long time. We stayed in the non smoking king sweet for our honey moon specifically because it had a jacuzzi tub. The tub was amazing, the water got nice and hot and the jets felt so good. Our room was clean and cozy! Super comfy bed. Very quiet area. The kitchenette appliances were old but all worked. The staff told us they are working on remodeling, can’t wait to see it! Every staff member was extremely friend and courteous. Only had breakfast one morning and went as it was ending so we had oatmeal and other packaged items so unfortunately can’t comment on the hot food! Next trip around we will have to try the pizza. The breakfast coffee is very good though, nice and fresh. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so amazing!

This our 4th time staying here. It is an excellent value. The rooms are very clean, especially the bathroom. No dirt or dust in baseboards faucets show no sign of corrosion, shower and tub very clean. Tons of hot water and plenty of pressure.
The staff have been especially pleasant and helpful.
Plan to stay here in the future.
Breakfast area has a lot of choices and seating.

Positive: Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Pool was just the right temperature to enjoy as a family. Location is ideal for travel stop over. Negative: The hallway carpets are in need of a serious cleaning. It appeared the hotel may be understaffed. General location of hotel is good, but neighboring hotel/businesses are run down. Better signage is needed for entrance.

We had stayed the week before my birthday (3/10-10/10) we had our cats and one dog there all week. The lady at the front desk had came to our room the day before we left (9/10) amd said something about our cats damaging the stuff there.

It was dirty and rundown. We asked to switch rooms and the next one was cleaned but still run down. About what you would expect for an Ohio inn. Also there was constant dogs barking… very annoying.

I didn't pick it, it was picked for me. Odds are I wouldn't have picked this hotel, but I am all right with the choice. The rooms are clean, lack of hangers, kind of bugged me. Bed was a little hard, but sleepable. I didn't try the pizza place, but I didn't mind my stay. I found the employees to be very helpful. I'd go back, not a bad hotel. Thank you. Thank you very much
