I went to Miami with Anet Tours last week and we had an incredible time. It was a 5 Day Trip and Anet organized it where we got to both enjoy the magical waters of Miami by the beach and also the many beautiful locations/parts of Miami as well... The hotel was about a 30 sec. walk from the beach, that itself was wonderful to wake up to each morning. And Anet has such a positive and fun personality that she even made the Tour Bus Ride to each location we visited fun as well. The bus was always filled with music and fun, and we wrapped up the trip at a great Cuban Restaurant with live Salsa Music - in True Miami Style right before heading back.. I definitely recommend Anet Tours for an enjoyable and great traveling experience... 🙂

The women on the phone picked up when called to ask about tours info was very unprofessional and ruth instead introduce themselves she arguing and yelling when someone asking for info about their tours, its like somebody urging her to work for that office without getting payed. She is mentally ill and has poor communication skills. Please hire somebody else to work place of you if you are unable to communicate nicely toward the people.?
