Ann has planned a number of vacations for me over several years and every experience was incredible. She responds to every email or call quickly and is so happy to do so. Ann is incredibly knowledgeable and it is clear she loves what she is doing. We just booked another trip through her, this time for our wedding and honeymoon. I 100% trust her with any trip I am planning and jump to refer her whenever I have the chance.

My wife and I used Annie for our "getaway" as our children when on a 4 day/night trip with their school. To say the least, we were nervous being even farther away from our children. Annie walked us through all the insurance programs in case of emergency, and laid out very detailed options, which in turn calmed our nerves. She was so easy to work with. The trip was magnificent and it was a godsend. The finite details of our trip and her inside knowledge of our destination was helpful beyond words. We highly recommend Annie and our friends and family have used her as well, and all with glowing reviews. Thanks and we can't wait to get back to Jamaica!

We have booked two international trips with Annie's Escapes so far. It is important to have a trusting relationship when planning an experience like this type. We get value out of the planning and itinerary customizations. I appreciated the guidance I received from this agency when I had an airline cancel a connecting flight. I definitely recommend travel insurance when you have a packed itinerary with many moving parts. Safe travels, everyone.

I would NEVER recommend her services after she contacted the bride and forwarded peoples complaints to her about our stays that didn't involve the bride as we booked all of our own rooms and paid our own way. (she did this, hoping the bride would try and convince us all not to write a bad review of her services!) Didn't work Ann! Who would make a bride feel this way? Why did no one include the bride on any issues, because we wanted her wedding to be awesome.... Ann made it very apparent she doesn't care about the bride who brought her all this business.

Annie's Escapes: She refers to herself as the "escape artist" that is because she takes your money and runs. She actually wrote an email to me stating that because of the disgusting issues we had, you don't expect that I will give up my commission because your trip was bad. YES, YES We Do Ann! The job you did was a FAILURE and you are not due any money from me or anyone else who booked through you! Also the fact that you wrote that shows you have no care in the world about your clients only making money off them. So you don't care where you send people. Why would anyone trust you?

We booked a reservation through her as she recommended a location in the Dominican Republic. (Majestic Elegance) Was in no way majestic and had no elegance. They had the worst customer service you could possibly have and the food was a 1 on a 1-5, 5 being the best scale. We sent an email to her and the hotel about not being able to get to the door of the refrigerator in our room due to the bureau housing it was broken, along with a ton of ants all over the Jacuzzi. The hotel finally came after several complaints the day before we left yes, day 4, and sprayed for Ants and fixed the door. We stayed for 4 nights even met with the manager of the hotel after they canceled our meeting 5 minutes prior. I would never go back and can't see how any travel agent would even recommend this resort.

We asked the hotel for a refund of some sort due to all the issues (there were more than I noted above) The Hotel stated that we paid Annie's Escapes so we would have to go through her for any refund! HORRIBLE!
