We were forced to use this travel agency for a sports tournament. Their management of our rooms was unacceptable - we could only book rooms for part of the tournament then had to switch part way through once we made the finals. So we had to check out of our hotel not knowing where we were staying that night. We had no input as to where we stayed & they moved us an hour south - away from our departing airport. In California traffic that makes a difference. What a poorly run experience and customer service is non-existent - they are non-responsive and could care less about our experience. Avoid at all costs.
