I'm very disappointed in this company. We called last week to have someone come and look at our a/c unit. No one has showed up. I called Monday for some other items and was told someone would be here Thursday. I called this morning to confirm and then was asked the brand of units which now I'm told they do not service. Would have been nice to know when I originally called on Monday. So anyways, I said well I'd still like someone to come look at the a/c unit and she now said they are booked for today. Well weren't we already on the schedule for today? Apparently not.......so, I'm done. They obviously don't want our business. Not to mention the $200 we had to pay a couple of years ago to have our fridge fixed which never did get fixed.

I totally trust and truly appreciate Tom and his staff. They are the old fashioned customer-comes -first types that have become all too rare in the business world. I have gotten quick responses each time I have needed service, and they advised me on what turned out to be the perfect washing machine for me. Instead of trying to upsell, they listened to my needs and sold me a slightly smaller model with fewer bells and whistles, saving me 200.00. That's is what makes them a five star company, and makes me a loyal customer.

Great local appliance dealer! It always pays to shop locally. Their quoted prices were close to what the box stores advertised and after a little negotiation I had a BETTER deal than I would get at the box stores. I had my appliance delivered in a couple of days and professionally installed by someone who knew what he was doing. Once again beating the box stores hands-down.

I called and was put on the list for repairs. They followed up with me weeks later and asked if I still needed repair. I said yes, they said ok, and that I would be kept on their list. They never came or called back.
