Apex Event Production is your place to rent speakers, lighting, and more. I recently had a rental with Apex and had nothing but a good experience. The owner is one of the best guys you will meet and is happy to answer any questions, as well as help, and teach you how to rig everything. He was extremely professional.

The equipment Apex is renting is all professional-grade top of line equipment and is all in excellent condition. I was not disappointed whatsoever and wouldn't have been able to accommodate all the people at my event without Apex's help.

Severely unprofessional and understaffed!!! I contacted them because I needed lighting for my wedding and was treated like absolute garbage. As a bride with no technical audio/visual knowledge, I naturally asked a lot of questions because I wanted to completely understand what I was getting, how things would work day of and (of course) stay relatively close to a budget.

After several emails back and forth (not to mention waiting WEEKS to receive replies back), the owner finally broke down and told me that they had $30,000 events they were working on and the time it was taking to educate me on my lighting needs/prepare quotes wasn’t worth the amount of business I was trying to bring in and thus he’d have to start charging me… Mind you the quote I was trying to sign was over $2k….but I guess that’s chump change….

To top it all off, before this completely uncalled for interaction, I had already signed a quote with Apex for my DJ’s sound equipment, paid deposit and everything… But, when I called in to confirm everything a month prior they had to search through different systems for my contract because I wasn’t on their production calendar!!

I understand people being overworked and overwhelmed but there’s a certain level of customer service you should have with clients whether they are paying or just inquiring. There is no excuse for a poor attitude and bad customer service. Sometimes you might have to go the extra mile to educate customers about your offerings and processes when working with you.

If you’re looking for an overall professional experience, this place isn’t it. No one should ever make you feel like you're a waste of space in their business.

Apex Event Production was hired to provide audiovisual services and equipment for the memorial service we organized last Sunday afternoon in the Griggs Boathouse here in Columbus, Ohio. Apex showed up right on time at the venue with several workers who efficiently set up the 70-inch TV, lectern, and sound system. Everything was done precisely as specified, and the equipment worked perfectly. Two Apex workers stayed the entire time to run the electronics. We were extremely pleased with their high-quality equipment, friendly workers, and excellent customer service. For any future events we organize we will definitely hire Apex.

Our church scheduled a stage rental from another company 2 months in advance, my contact person left the company and I was told that they could not provide the stage we needed the week of our event.

At the last minute Apex made sure our event was a sucess! We thank God for the professional and on time service we received from Apex! They are the best hands down.
