Unbelievable. No water in the morning, can't flush the toilet, can't wash my face, bush my teeth..he just told me the pipes were frozen. I don't believe it because they are in a cold ski area. They should always prepare subzero weather in the winter. I believe they just shuted the water and want us to leave as early as possible. But why?....We did pay...never go back again, and you don't go l, you may be stuck in the shower or taking a dump.

The room is clean , The view is PHENOMENAL. The price is HIGH and I booked it 8 months in advance. No breakfast,food, drink at all not even a vending machine what you bring is what you got. They only have ice. The counter person was not friendly.i stayed 3 days 2 nights and NO room cleaning same towels all weekend and no replenished coffee for small machine in room

Nice basic room----Fair price and good value----Quiet room----All amenities worked well. Plenty of room-----Well situated near breakfast, lunch, and dinner facilities. Mountain Creek nearby. Friendly, helpful manager. Served my needs very well. Highly recommended ------ will utilize this motel anytime I am in this area and need a comfortable place to stay.

Very rude. Supposed to be in the hospitality business, however told me I could bring cash and required a credit card. When I offered a credit card he told me my reservation was no longer available. He had no vacancies. Said cash or card then claimed no available rooms. He never picked up a phone or looked at a computer. Better off going to the Sussex Motel, decent people and cleaner rooms from the reviews.

What a cute little hotel! We had just come off the Appalachian Trail and wanted to stay in area for another evening. The location and price was perfect! Room was very comfortable with all the amenities you need for an evening. The view is beautiful. A couple of chairs outside to sit would have added to the experience. Quiet. Bed comfortable. Clean and crisp for the age of the property.

I am absolutely exhausted so I am sleeping in this bed regardless of the fact that there are long hairs on the sheets and I’m bald. Television was not working and owner had to come reprogram it and he was none too happy about it. My own fault, I need to start planning ahead. Could have stayed in a decent hotel for the same money.

Love this place. You get what you pay for!

Listen, I've stayed at this establishment several times over the last seven or so years when I needed to be in the Vernon / Mountain Creek Bike Park area. Have been at other places nearby too. YES IT'S MORE EXPENSIVE. But, it's really worth the extra cash - every stay I've had has been great. The rooms are newly furnished, the bed is super comfortable, the amenities are what you'd expect. The views are really nice, especially in the morning! It's quiet. Check in was easy. I always stay here if I can! Recommended!

The lamp doesn't work was missing a plug there was no microwave, the heater didn't work, the air conditioner was very noisy and didn't work. It would be my last option to sleep. Bad service.
