My fiancé and I was excited about cruising to Mexico for the first time with a group of people. He said he will never fly but somehow we convinced him that everything will be fine. The cruise and flight was booked and paid for. The night before leaving out to catch our flight we get a phone call from the girl we booked through (agent from Archer Travel Agency) stating that whoever she worked with within the company cancelled our cruise😔 I was so hurt and clueless as to what to do. This was the moment we were waiting on and a much needed vacation. I felt like my heart had been ripped out my chest. She informed us an agent told us to still fly out to Miami (from Atlanta, Ga) to board the cruise in hopes that they may have some rooms vacant or if someone canceled. We arrived in Miami. We got a hotel room for that night. The next day we arrived at the port. We got in line to try and board. They took our luggage to be taken to our cabin. Our names were on the list but someone else had our cabin😩 Our cabin was sold to someone else because Archer Travel Agent had cancelled our reservation without notice) Carnival Cruise Line had us waiting outside for almost 8hrs just to tell us I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do because the cruise was sold out and they had no cabins available and they had to find our luggage which was on board the ship. My fiancé and I wasn’t the only one in the group with cancelled rooms, we found out it was several others. With sadness in our heart we had to catch a cab to the airport to find the first flight back home. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. We caught a fight just to spend one night in a hotel in Miami and the next day just to sit at a port for almost 8hrs. This happened 03/28/2024. Still, until this day 02/15/2025, we still haven’t gotten any answers, no refunds or nothing.. No type of accommodation at all. I’m talking with an agent from Archer Travel Agent (Peggy Harp) and all she keeps saying is I’M ONLINE WITH CARNIVAL TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. PLEASE GIVE ME TIME TO GIVE YOU A BETTER DEAL😩 it’s almost a year still NOTHING!!!!!! I’m getting a lawyer to handle this..I feel ripped off 😡

I’m have been an Archer agent for a little over 2 years. The support and training I get cannot be beat! The commissions are superb for having a host agency, they are one of the top host to pay the most! I have learned so much on how to be an effective and reliable travel agent and highly recommend joining if you are considering becoming a travel agent with a host agency. We have unbeatable benefits and are always being rewarded with offers and giveaways. We have convention every year with major top suppliers and even a birthday party for the agents to get together and network and have a good time. I used my friend as a travel agent that goes through this company. I found out through Royal Caribbean that my cruise was cancelled by the company. At this point I'm out $500. I have never received any correspondences to date from this company on my booking and what is going on. My friend has so far been ghosted by the company. I've sent an email to see if they will resolve the issue as well. If they do I'll update my review accordingly.

The owner did call us and was rude. Blamed our friend and took no responsibility for it. This company doesn't train their people well clearly. We ended up losing our money because we would rather not deal with such nasty people anymore. I'd never use a travel agent again for a cruise.

Total MLM Scam. Run away if you see an email or get a call from anyone from this company. Got an email from an Amy I asked is there a set up cost monthly costs she said go in the Zoom interview. Zoom interview you can only chat with the woman hosting it and can’t see what others are writing. Right there is red flag #1. Woman claims to be an agent says I’m not a Math Girly when trying to figure out commission on a demo she is doing. Red flag #2. Can’t ask questions red flag #3 then after 45 or so minutes of BS the cost comes. But wait they go into a whole you need to buy steel toe boots and put gas in your car if you work 9-5. I left call text woman not interested it’s a scam she texts me back using same line about boots and gas and how she makes 6 figures in her sleep. Don’t even bother

We wanted to go on a trip for my hubby's 60th Birthday so i got in contact with 1 of your travel agent Ms Brittany Metcalf and she was very attentive and professional we went to Jamaica and everything we told her we wanted, we got it and more so we'll most definitely use ms Metcalf services in the near future!!

Endless supply of training resources and valuable up-to-date information necessary for today's travel industry. Big Business connections with Small Family Feel. I love this company.
