Well, it's disappointing dealing with such rudeness and lack of professionalism. But honestly, when a business is situated next to a Goodwill drop-off and a nail salon and also moonlights as a "real estate" venture, what more can you anticipate? It's pretty telling when they don't even have a functional website.
