From our first meeting with Michelle, I instantly felt at ease. Any questions I had throughout the months leading up to the wedding were all answered in a timely matter. For the day of the rehearsal day, was a very straightforward process with very happy emotions. For the day of the event, it was super exciting and relieving that we had the wedding coordinator take on the entire layout and be in charge of everything. I kept telling my mom, who loves to make sure everything is going smoothly that it was okay to relax and take this time to enjoy it as Michelle’s team took care of everything. They honestly were such an amazing team and constant communication. I couldn’t have done this without them! They are the best!

We need to express our deep disappointment regarding our experience. What was meant to be a beautiful day turned into a nightmare. We felt undervalued as clients, especially since you had three weddings that week. You rushed our rehearsal just days before our wedding, and many details went undocumented.

It is incredibly disappointing that you didn’t have the courtesy to call us and apologize for the issues we encountered. Your last email was filled with excuses and inaccuracies, only adding to our frustration.

As a reminder, our verbal agreement was to communicate primarily via texts, not emails. If it was an issue, you should have redirected us to email from the beginning. Please acknowledge our agreement; actions speak louder than words.

Also, my father-in-law passed away shortly before our wedding. He had been in the hospital for weeks and then in rehab for nearly three months. We signed the contract six months before our wedding, and during that time, my husband, being his only son, was his sole caregiver. This experience was incredibly challenging, and we expected more understanding from you.

On the wedding day, several issues significantly affected our experience:

? After the ceremony, we spent 20 minutes fixing the messed-up name cards. You claimed you never received our updates about table setup, yet we later found the final texts we sent.
? Your last-minute changes to the seating chart prevented us from enjoying the cocktail hour and capturing important photos.
? The entrance of my husband and daughters was not announced, disrupting the ceremony’s flow.
? The wrong music played during our youngest daughter’s moment, which should have been managed better.
? Our second dance was also not announced; my husband had to ask the DJ to start over and raise the volume.
? You never contacted SD Flowers about their arrival time, despite having their contact information. This lack of follow-up had a significant impact on the setup.
? The handling of candles and name tags did not reflect our planning efforts.

As a wedding photographer for ten years, I have seen many weddings, and the lack of consideration in this case was astonishing. It was disheartening to hear that you arrived late, despite us notifying you that the flowers had been delivered hours earlier.

? We paid SD Flowers extra to arrange the flowers at the tables, but due to your lack of professionalism, they arrived too early and left.
? Our daughters never received the bouquets we ordered, which cost us money, and we didn’t get any photos of them with the flowers.
? Regarding the invitations, despite your approval, I had to redo part of them, which delayed sending them to guests and incurred extra costs. You attempted to blame us, but we had the information to show you were mistaken.
? We are against the recommendation to tip all vendors, including you. My husband mishandled the tip intended for you due to your misleading information. We prefer to donate the amount you refuse to return to charity.
? Your two assistants were lovely but lacked the training needed to handle important details. I would have preferred someone more experienced.

Given our experience, we will leave a review regarding the poor coordination services, as we believe future brides should be aware of these issues.
