Tim was an angel sent. I had just purchased my new home. 2 weeks before, I was happy with the prices he quoted me for my repairs. It did not put me in a bind.

When I was driving to work one morning and my car start flashing for me to pull over and stop engine. I got it towed to his shop and it was fix the same week of Christmas. I met my future mechanic who did the work on my Mercedes-Benz pleasent and helpful.

Took my car for a front-end alignment after getting four new tires. My car wasn’t pulling left or right beforehand, but I wanted to ensure proper alignment. When I picked up my car, I was charged $178—$125 for the alignment and an additional fee for SPC performance adjustments.
After leaving, I immediately noticed my car was pulling badly to the left. I returned to the shop, and after test-driving it, the owner acknowledged the issue and told me to bring it back the next morning for a fix.
The next morning, I arrived at 7:30 AM when they opened and requested documentation for both the original alignment and the adjustments they planned to make. At first, they said they could provide it, but then I was told I had to wait until 8:00 AM. When I finally got my car back, it was now pulling even worse—this time to the right.
To make matters worse, they had charged me for SPC performance work that they never even did. When I asked for the alignment paperwork, they suddenly refunded that portion of the charge, which makes me question their honesty.
Not only did they fail to fix my car, but they made the issue significantly worse. I would not recommend this shop for alignments. Poor service, lack of transparency, and failure to properly resolve the problem. 2018 Mercedes

CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL LIVES!
We found this place on an unusual circumstance. We bought a car from carvana. Not just any car. A Lexus.. saved, shop around, plan for this vehicle for my wife for some time. Upon receiving our vehicle we found out the speakers were blown after giving us a couple options that we were unsatisfied because of the make of the vehicle and quite frankly some shops just would not work on it because of the liability. Then we spoke to Mr Tim at Arkansas Auto and Fleet! He was amazing he walks us through the process. He made it seamless, they were very honest, extremely efficient, pay attention to the details that we expected! He did an amazing job for us we got the vehicle back when he said we would was very satisfied with the work you did! If you want quality work at a fair price this is your spot.

A great find in Alexander Arkansas! I took my son’s care in. He is a new driver and I need to make sure to teach him to care for his car. The Guys at Arkansas Auto Fleet took good care of us. Easy, precise and convenient along with great customer service. I am bringing my car in next week. I was able to drop the car off in the morning and pick it up on my lunch break. AAF change the spark plugs on my Lexus RX450h which requires the removal of the intake manifold at half the cost that Parker Lexus would charge. Will use them again and again
