Atmosphere and temperature were pleasant, fast service, and was an overall pleasant transaction. Staff were Courtois as always. Over the years has always been dependable .....I recommend Arkansas Federal Credit Union to reach your goals financially

Today, my direct deposit was successfully credited to my account, and the funds were available. However, I encountered an issue when trying to make a purchase or use the ATM. Although the funds were visible in my account, I wasn't able to access them.

I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady who helped me, but I remember that she had long brown hair and was tall. She went above and beyond to assist me. Even though she couldn't immediately figure out why I was unable to use my account, she didn't give up. She consulted with her manager, who came over to help. Once the manager confirmed that I could withdraw money from my account while I was in the bank, she asked how I wanted to receive my funds and helped me through the process.

Throughout the entire interaction, she was incredibly patient, kind, and professional, especially considering it was the end of the day and time for her to leave. I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service.

I usually stop at both Benton, AR as well as the Bryant, AR location for Services.
Benton’s Branch usually are friendlier and about the business.
The Bryant Branch, for me, is usually about the Business Period. I will be using both in the future. So all I can say about both is thank you for serving customers like me.

We always have a great experience. They are always kind and professional and my son loves getting suckers from the tellers. This last visit was the first time my service dog in training was with me and they were very professional and respectful of the fact that he was training, and they made sure we had plenty of space. Thank you for another wonderful visit.

Don't waste your time in this drive thru,because you will be waiting for at least 40 minutes before even being acknowledged. Will just mail l my payments from now on. Will be much easier than dealing with this location.
