My mom called Crawford County DHS today, apprehensive about who would answer, as she had a lot of questions about her Medicare. She was relieved when a very professional lady answered the phone and didn't treat her less than. My mom was so impressed, she requested I send Rose a good review. They never answer the phone and when they do you get hung up on. Me and my son are homeless and have been fighting for our food stamps since April and we are still fighting for them and starving to death. They DON'T care about anyone. They are screwing people over on health insurance too.

I waited almost two hours after being bounced from person to person just to be HUNG UP on IMMEDIATELY after I stated what I needed help with. Either people need to be fired and replaced or SOMETHING needs to change. This is ridiculous.

If there were zero stars or negative stars this place definitely deserves it. They wonder why people snap in this world and do crazy things this is a place that justifies those actions. The most rude staff I’ve ever experienced, they never answer the phone, and always act like it’s a hassle to get anything done when it’s just their job. And even when they do their job they always seem to mess something up while they’re at it. They need to clean house and fire literally everyone and rehire an entire new staff.

The calls never go through. It rings a few times and then hangs up. Now when I call it doesn't even ring it just repeats "wait while I transfer your call" and then says the system isn't available to take the call and to call back later. The amount of times I've had to send in the same documents over and over is absolutely ridiculous. Sending out a letter that only gives people 3 days to respond with all the documents you need WHEN THE DUE DATE ISN'T EVEN ON A DATE YOURE OPEN but if we don't get it in you'll close our case?
