I recently went on an unforgettable tour with Around Portland Tours to the Columbia River Gorge, where we visited three stunning waterfalls, including the iconic Multnomah Falls and Latourelle Falls. It was truly a life-changing experience.

The day was rainy, which I initially thought might hinder the experience, but it turned out to be one of the best things I’ve ever witnessed. The waterfalls, surrounded by mist and the roar of the cascading water, were absolutely mesmerizing. The lush, green landscape combined with the powerful flow of the falls made the entire experience feel almost magical.

Our tour guide, Anna, was nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and professional. Her passion for the area was contagious, and she provided fascinating insights into the history, geology, and local folklore of the falls and the surrounding landscape. Anna’s attention to detail and her ability to make the tour feel personal and engaging really added an extra layer to the experience. She made sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions, and even shared some hidden gems along the way.

This tour exceeded all expectations. If you have the chance to explore the Columbia River Gorge and experience the waterfalls, especially with Around Portland, I highly recommend it. It’s an experience I’ll never forget, and I’m so grateful for Anna’s guidance in making it even more special.

This tour gives you a nice variety of waterfalls and a few you can get really close if you want to feel the power of the water falling.

We really enjoyed our tour with Shannon. We learned a lot about Portland and visited 5 beautiful waterfalls. Shannon was knowledgeable and proud to share her city and state with us. It was not a tiring hike. She was kind and offered to take photos for us, gave good recommendation of place to eat, and picked some blackberries for us. Everything was very smooth and on time!
