Ed was our new driver we picked up in Des Moines. Didn't fill the bus up before he left so had to stop an hour later. Talked to someone the whole trip to Grand Island. We needed to have someone dropped off in Lincoln and he refused to pull into a parking lot and made her get off at the ramp at 27th St. Then when we told him we didn't feel safe doing that he said "well that's too bad." Very rude and disrespectful! The kids we had on the bus had more manners than Ed Billings did.

Arrow Stage Lines is great. Arnie is the driver you want to ask for. He provides superior driving and is very accommodating. If you have a group that needs a bus transport count on Arnie and Arrow.
