First month was supposed to be free. Took them almost 2 weeks to get my cable and Internet on. These last 2 weeks my cable is not working. Now my Internet is acting up. Got my first bill. With no first month free. So I owe them $200 for a month service. They suck. I have called 4 times and nobody has fixed it. Guess I'll go to my old company their Internet was better

I am as unhappy as anyone can be in a cable company and internet company. My cable and internet has only worked 1 day in 31 day now. I live in Imboden AR and have called almost every single day. Most of the time no one will even answer there phone and there messages is always full so you can’t even leave a message on there voice mail. They sent me a bill for 2 months with a late charge on it after telling me that was going to fix everyone’s bill for being out for all this time. I own a motel and my consumers in the motel have been without cable all this time also and they are not happy with me and I can’t even do anything about it. It went out March 13 and today is April 14 and we have had it work less than 24 hours in that 31 days. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This goes out every time someone farts . Ive asked about fiber optic no one answers me back when technician comes over its on. Fixing to switch. They were supposed to ck when guy was in town. Going to switch I should not get charged but half price since it’s only on half of month. Highly disappointed wouldn’t have given even 1 star but i had too. The lady was supposed to have called me back 4 times this week. If something wrong they should have called to explain. Also they hooked cable up to wrong wall so cant use that either . Unless something changes DO NOT SAVE 10 bucks by using this company. Tech guy nice but dad gum i need my tv i bet ive called 5 times a month since April

Terrible I pay for the silver package (70$) and I’m getting speeds of 500kbps - 11mbps. After making this review I left a message about my complaint, they’ve still have yet to get back to me. It’s been over a week.

This is the worst internet service I've ever had
It's constantly going out
And half the time when its out of service and you call to report it there is no one available to answer your call.

So incredibly unreliable, I have had this service for about four years now. Because until recently they were the only choice. Most recent issue has been going in for weeks, I've had two didn't appointments where they were supposed to send someone out even after I was told it was on their end. Both have ended up getting sent somewhere more important. I have also told them that their phone system does not work. I've tried calling multiple times today and the call won't go through! And this happens all the time! So no Internet all weekend again! Thanks arrowhead broadband.

These so called professionals are worse than the Internet service in the third world!! To give them one star is super generous. This service stays out more often than it works. We are now looking for another provider and I will gladly drive to their corporate headquarters with the modem and tell them where the sun does not shine after I file a complaint with the FCC

I have had their service for about three months or so and the speeds promised have yet to be delivered. Tried to call support and they can never hear me, convenient isn't it. Have spent all night trying to get help with my now failed service to no avail. What am I paying for? Definitely not what I was promised. I am getting a better internet connection from my phone. Go AT&T mobile!
