I don't ever review places. Kayla told us a week before our stay was supposed to start we no longer could stay there. She then told us she wouldn't cancel our reservation, but that I had to? It was bizarre; I'm sure cancelling a reservation last minute can lead to some bad ratings and metrics so she forced us to cancel it! She was then completely unprofessional and stopped communicating. Book here at your own risk; They can cancel on you and not care at all.

Stayed here for my first time for 5 days. This met all my expectations and needs. Rooms are clean, it was quiet and provided me a restful sleep. I was here on buisness and already have my reservation for my next stay. Communication is superb and quick. Location is great for accesss to downtown Nogales and surrounding areas.

It's a good place if you're going to stay somewhere for 30 days or more, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay. Not the cleanest or nicest place, but it has a small kitchenette with the 4 burner stoves, small fridge, bathtub & shower, couch, in small dining table.

The rooms were huge. Communication
with the managing bodies was easy. Price was great.
Side note, if you see a dog on the roof of the business behind the motel. Its okay, he does that all the time.

I stayed at Arroyo, May 2021. The accommodations were spotless. A comfortable bed with clean linens. Nice big thick towels. All new appliances, a coffee pot, microwave and mini refrigerator. Free WiFi and cable TV. The entire place has been remodeled. New exterior paint and the room had new ceramic tile and paint. It is an older building that has been remodeled. The host was very helpful and answered me within minutes. Will I stay there again? Most definitely! I have reservations for the apartment, in a week.

It's a cheap hotel, masquerading as an air-bnb..There is no on-site help if you have problems with the door key pad, nobody to ask, no response online or by phone, so you may be stuck, locked out until you figure it out. There is no cleaning, room service, we did get 2 towels, that was it..I think you get more at a cheap hotel.

Affordable and clean. I stayed in last night and i was surprised by the small details that go a long way. Was not expecting a microwave,fridge, cooking pot and a coffee machine(with its cups and sugars etc). With that alone impressed me. Of course it had its iron and iron stand with blow dryer soaps towels cups. A table and seat to eat.This place knows what a traveler needs. Its not a 5 star 100-200 dollar hotel. The place was refurbished cleaned up for essential use. The TV aswell had disney plus netlfix and live tv. Loved my stay. Definitely reccomend
