From the get-go, I was drawn to Cassandra's creativity and eye for design and aesthetic. Not all planners have this and if you care about the overall look, feel and design of your wedding, it is important to work with a planner who specializes in this area of wedding planning. Also from the get-go, Cassandra was incredibly warm, thoughtful and organized. She is a true professional that will always have your best interests in mind, and it was so great to have someone like that in our corner while going through the wedding planning process (which is quite a learning curve!). You can tell immediately she is very experienced and savvy. She was an invaluable asset to us in all aspects of the wedding planning process.

The fact that she also has her own rental company made rentals a breeze and super convenient. Her rentals are GORGEOUS as well and very reasonable. She has impeccable taste!

Our meetings with Cassandra were some of our favorite parts of wedding planning. She is such a pleasure to work with. You can just tell she puts her whole heart in every wedding she helps execute. We hired Cassandra and her team for my Lake Tahoe backyard wedding in September. I did the partial planning with her and cannot recommend her enough. She really helped guide me through the process, recommended amazing vendors, completely helped bring my Pinterest board to life x10000, helped me do wholesale flowers, and handled the wedding day like a true pro especially when we had some unexpected circumstance arise. We hired Art In Motion Design to help with the month leading up to our wedding and day-of coordination and it was the best decision. Cassandra was excellent! She came in and took over to make sure all of our vendors knew where to be and when and made sure everyone was on the same page. She reviewed all of our contracts to make sure every last detail was accounted for. She added a lot of meaningful touches that helped make our day all the more special.

And then on the day of our wedding we felt totally relaxed and able to enjoy our time with our loved ones! Her team was present all day taking care of a lot of preparation and decor, she executed our plans to a tee! She went above and beyond by caring for our dog, who was quite spooked by the amplified sound and needed some extra love!

Cassandra is so much more than a "planner." She is an artist, she is perceptive and she dedicated so much energy to my wedding day, I had a hard time conceiving of the fact that she had other brides she was working with (though she only takes so many on in a year). She is not new to this, and she adds a tried and true structure to the planning process that was a huge relief to me. This structure carried throughout the process down to the timeline/script that my DJ received on the day itself. She was a regular presence in my life in the form of Google meet sessions and gentle reminders to push a weekly task through. Right off the bat, in the first week, she was able to advise on local vendors (and their pricing!) - and searched out of area for vendors that aligned with the vision I had for my wedding day. I felt very heard; like I had a partner in attacking a huge task.
