Stunning Venue and Fantastic Location!

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding! The beautiful brick building in Davenport is not only charming but also centrally located, making it super convenient for our guests. It’s close to hotels and tons of fun party spots, which made the entire celebration easy and enjoyable for everyone.

The team was fantastic to work with—flexible, accommodating, and gave us all the options to make sure everything went smoothly. If you're looking for a venue that’s both gorgeous and convenient, this is it!

Mary and her team were awesome to work with. We met a few times before our wedding reception was held here. The space is so unique and our favorite part was the huge bar at the back of the room! The staff was helpful during the event and kept the space clean and comfortable.

The best wedding reception venue! It is so beautiful inside and when we toured it, we fell in love! Mary was great to work with and very professional. They even created one of our signature drinks that our guests are still raving about! It was one heck of a party and we made memories there that we will cherish forever!

We went to rock and roll bingo. It was definitely a good time. It was being your own food and a cash bar. Looked like everyone there enjoyed it. The venue itself is fairly large very clean and nicely laid out.

First I would like to mention this building is beautiful (though please note upstairs is not handicapped accessible) and the staff is wonderful. The main issue comes from the owner, Mary.
Mary seemed to not take our party seriously at all. I was the maid of honour, and my bride and groom, were young, 23 years old. In the wedding industry we have come across a lot of people who didn't take the couple seriously, it has never affected their professionalism or the service they provided. This was not the case with Mary. She continously disregarded our requests, and we had to go around fixing her mistakes day of. I'll provide two examples below.
The tables- We had a seating chart and table layout that was approved by Mary, the layout was even drawn by Mary. Yet when we arrived at the venue in the morning there were not enough tables set out and it took an arm and a leg to convince Mary to set out just one more.
The drinks- We had told Mary on multiple occasions that we were hosting soda. It was even written into the contract and confirmed upon payment. Yet she was charging our guests for soda. We then reminded her we were hosting soda, and we had to go around and tell all of the bartenders ourselves.
There were many more things but this is already very long.
All in all, Mary was not very friendly to us or our guests and honestly was very difficult to work with. Again this venue is very beautiful and her staff is great, it's just very unfortunate how she treated us and how difficult and stressful she made the wedding day and the planning in general.
