I've been to Comic Con Revolution every year. The show just keeps getting better and better! CCR is a show put on by legitimate fans of pop and geek culture. The people behind the curtains love what they are doing as much as they love the fandom community. The show's main hall is full of great vendors, artist, writers, crafters, and creators of all types. There is also plenty of programming going on throughout both days of the show, which feature pro creators and celebrities! There is always something fun to do at the show from start to finish. The family friendly cost of the tickets make the show accessible to all. Everyone can have a great con experience without breaking the bank. CCR is among one of my favorite SoCal based comic cons! Never to be missed.

I’ve experienced Comic Con Revolution from almost every perspective one could!

*as a FAN! I’ve walked the aisles of the show, completed my Silver Surfer collection, met Mike Zeck and got my Punisher #1 autographed and taken fun photos with dozens of Cosplayers!

*as a RETAILER, CCR has offered year-round support, from sending gifts and trinkets to hand out to customers, to offering discount codes to my loyal shoppers to connecting me with big name talent to bring to special events at my stores!

*as a Comic Book CREATOR! I recognize that I’m no superstar, but CCR treats me and my partner Rafael as that we are! We’ve tabled at each and every show in Ontario and even went to Chicago for their show there in 2018. They give us the space and freedom to present ourselves the way we want. They check in with us frequently throughout the weekend to make sure all is well. They point us to the best hotels with affordable rates. They support any after hours events we throw, highlighting the Drink and Draw that we throw in the area in their programming, namely.

*as a PARTNER! The crew of CCR talks to me year round and considers any idea or guest I throw their way. They’ve also been SUPER SUPPORTIVE as I launch my new endeavor Atomic Basement Comics, with advice, encouragement and support.

I’ve been working with the folks of Comic Con Revolution in one capacity or another for the last two decades and can say with full confidence that they are in this for the love of comics and comic book fandom! I’ve seen opportunists come and go, but Mike Scigliano, James Ross and the team are here for the long haul!

had tickets purchased without my authorization, atomic crush events claims that they don't process payments but that showclix handles payment. showclix claims atomic crush handles payments.

both these companies, showclix & atomic crush events, have refused to process a refund as they have a "no refund policy" that i, having not authorized the payment, was unaware of.

looking into both companies a little more i found scant info on atomic crush events. they are not registered with the bbb, they aren't on yelp, and (as of posting this) no reviews on google. they don't have much of an online presence which is suspect to me. it also looks like atomic crush and showclix are way more intimately involved with one another than they initially let on.

i contacted them via email, explaining the situation and demanding a refund. they replied with a one line reply quoting their policy to not give refunds for any reason. on top of refusing my refund, they scraped my email address and started spamming my email.

i opened a claim against showclix on their bbb listing and the rep for that company seemed to share in atomic crush event's horrible customer service.

i've contacted my bank & my lawyer to see if i can motivate them to give me the refund i deserve. i'm going to try to get the word out about these two companies, really wonder how many people they've duped out of money pulling this nonsense.

this type of customer service is just unacceptable.

These guys always put on a great show. They give customers a fantastic experience and know how to treat their guests. I could not recommend them any higher. The best in the biz!

My experience at the Con was very nice. As a Vendor at the Con it can get a little overwhelming at Times & At other times it's very nice and peaceful. The Customer's are Pleasant to deal with.
