Kyleigh and her team are AMAZING! We are so happy we hired Kyleigh. We had the “event management” package, but it felt like full-service because Audere Events goes above and beyond! From the beginning, she was always very responsive and listened to what we truly wanted for our big day. She is highly respected in the industry and specifically in the Lake Tahoe area. When we mentioned we were working with Kyleigh, everyone spoke very highly of her from the Lake Tahoe locals to the wedding professionals. She made wonderful recommendations that led us to several of our other vendors that made our wedding a dream come true. She met up with us several times and was vital in our design meeting with our florist to make our vision a reality.
My husband was hesitant about needing a wedding planner, but from the first meeting was very happy with the decision to work with Audere Events. The wedding to-do list can be long and daunting, but with Kyleigh it was all very manageable. She took away the stress and made sure we enjoyed the wedding planning process. Kyleigh is trustworthy, reliable, creative, personable, and extremely organized. She helped us with everything from collaborating with other vendors to creating our reception layout and even entering our entire guestlist into Aisle Planner! It was Kyleigh’s attention to detail from the big overall picture to the little parts of wedding planning that make her so remarkable.
It is not surprising that Kyleigh has created an outstanding team at Audere Events. Gabby was our day-of-coordinator from Audere Events. She was so energetic and happy, but also able to oversee all one million things happening during a wedding weekend. She made sure to constantly check in with me and my family to see if we needed anything. My wedding day went so smoothly thanks to Gabby! My husband can attest that I did a lot of research regarding vendors before we hired anyone. We promise that you will be so happy if you hire Audere Events for all your wedding planning needs!

I have been in the industry (I own three bartending companies) for the past 12 years, and I'm incredibly impressed with Kyleigh and Chelsea! We hired them for my personal (over-the-top) Tahoe wedding (with a vintage Rolls Royce, ski-in ceremony and fireworks). Everything went flawlessly, and it was possibly the best executed wedding I've ever attended (and I've been to about 150).

Audere Events is particularly special. Not only are Kyleigh and Chelsea amongst the best-skilled wedding planners in the country (easily top 1%, in my experience), they have an abnormally high attention to detail that is incredibly rare. Given the results they create, they are worth every penny (and more). Audere Events has six stars in my book. My wife and I are already joking about renewing our vows (two weeks after the wedding), just so we can hire them again!
