I called the day ahead to verify I had an accessible room and it was all set up for us. Arrival greeting was welcoming, pleasant, looked and smelled clean and bright. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfy. TV had a problem and Marri came right away to reset and fix it. Kristin at front desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, Jimmy dean biscuits with sausage or bacan, egg and cheese, veggie egg white omelet, (pre-made but wrapped and Hot), fruit, bagels, etc. Again, very clean eating areas. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a pleasant 3day stay.

We travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels but never had the chance to stay in an Avid. Wow, pleasantly surprised!!! Let me start with the good: comfortable bed and pillows, sheets felt soft and awesome, room was very clean. LOVE the room darkening system on the windows, by far suburb to any other hotel. Bathroom was great, love the shower stall and bathroom mirror. TV was large and easy to use. Staff-all very pleasant and accommodating from check in to breakfast helper. Breakfast was different than most hotels but we found it satisfying, which says something bc my husband hates hotel breakfast. Loved the raspberry lemonade in your juice machine, nice offering. We didn’t purchase anything from their market but they had a big variety. ||We loved the thoughtful layout of the room and it was sufficient for myself and my husband however if you are traveling as a family, the room could be considered small. There are way more positives for us to not dwell on the size. I loved not having carpeting. Loved the hooks to not set the bags on the floor. Liked that the electric outlets next to the bed actually worked. The rooms were quiet and I never heard another guest (or the slam of another door) which I appreciated. I am actually excited to stay here again! |Love the concept of this IHG product!

It was better than Luxor hotel in Las Vegas. The check in took 3 minutes. The room is clean and tidy with a mini fridge. The amenities are decent size. It was so nice. I didn't use a small soap but a decent size gel soap. If I could carry it home I would - it's that good. Breakfast was complimentary so I didn't really mind if it was awful but it was so good. It was an outstanding hotel. I would definitely come back.

Kristen and Whitney were totally AWESOME!! They are so friendly, polite professional and really care about their family which is how they made me feel. Housekeeping ladies were amazing. I loved it here and I recommend them hands down! They went totally above and beyond for a few things I asked for. Housekeeping deserves their praise also, I wish I could remember those 2 ladies in Housekeeping's names. It's a family friendly hotel and that is how they made me feel un my opinion.

I've been to this hotel around 3-5 times over the last few years.
Every time I went, I had a wonderful experience. The staff is always kind, attentive, understanding, and ready to help. Whenever I would leave the hotel for the day, passing the front desk was always met with a genuine smile from the staff.
When it comes to the room, the cleaning staff does wonderfully to make sure that the bathroom and room itself is near-spotless.
The location is great, as there are many good food options nearby, and there is a Wal-Mart across the street for anything you may need.
I personally was not able to sign into the Wi-Fi this trip for some reason, though I was able to with previous trips. I didn't mind too much since my data was good enough.
The only things that could've made the trip better would be more firm pillows (I dislike soft pillows since I often have neck pain), and a shower wand (but I believe these are available with specific types of rooms - I was in a standard King room).
I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area that needs it!

My stay was from March 7, 2025 to March 10, 2025 when I first arrived I was charged $50 for incidental fees. When I left this morning at 5:30am I explained to the front desk agent ( black older gentleman ) that due to me wearing dreadlocks I have a night scarf I tie my hair up with. It was really weird to me that it left a brownish color like I fell to sleep with foundation and that wasn’t the case. And I don’t have any product in my hair like oil or grease. I showed the front desk clerk the picture and he said ok. I just got home and noticed they charged my credit card an additional $200 in addition to the $50. I called and asked the reason for the additional $200 charge and she stated that the pillows and sheets was messed up badly that’s what she was told. I asked her did they even try to wash the pillow case / sheets before they charged my card and she stated no she didn’t know. I asked to speak to the manager and she stated they were not available I provided my number for a return call. I can understand them washing them and charging the $50 for incidental but $250 is totally outrageous. According to their incidental policy it ranges from $20 to $200 I will make another updated review when I get a return call from the manager.

Received a return call from I guess the property management and he was very rude!!! Over talked me through the entire conversation and was so loud that the person I was conducting business with overheard his whole conversation. Usually I look at reviews before I book a hotel and if I seen the reviews I would’ve went to Hilton. FYI when a customer is talking don’t over talk them without listening first. With you doing that it makes me think this wasn’t your first time charging outrageous fees.

Great value for the money and staff are very professional. The hotel is clean and neat felt safe and secure. Breakfast is limited but enjoyable plenty of spaces for parking. Will have no problem staying at the hotel again
