Stayed in the lock of King addition for four days and three nights to do some ice climbing and enjoy the peace and quiet of Lake City in winter. This place is wonderful, we had everything we needed and more, and Ben the owner is a great guy. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This place is great for large groups. Came with my parents, my nephew and his wife and there two little boys, my 2 teen girls and 2 teen neices. Enough beds for everyone large kitchen and 4 bathrooms and he's still adding on! Walking distance to town. Only reccomendation is to put ceiling fans in every room. Will definitely be back with more family.
