What a fun way to spend a morning! We took the 2 1/2 hour tour on Oct. 2 and had an excellent time. Kris was a great guide and had a lot of local history to share during the tour. He was also on the lookout for wildlife for us to see. We enjoyed dolphins, wild horses and an alligator. We have been looking to do this for a while and it was so worth it. My wife and I just went on the backwater cat adventure today and it was incredible. Our guide was Ben and he was really knowledgeable and helpful in making sure that everyone knew what to do. Ben made it fun and interesting.

We saw an alligator, dolphins, many birds, and wild horses on Cumberland Island. It was a blast driving the boat. He made sure that we were safe the whole time. It was a wonderful time and great family fun. I would highly recommend this adventure for anyone that is looking for something to do on the water.

I absolutely recommend this tour. It was so much fun, definitely worth the time and price. TBH I was a little nervous at first on the boat but our guide Bobby gave excellent instructions and made me comfortable. I still didn't drive, but did feel very safe! The 2 1/2 hours goes by so quickly! Beautiful views. We saw a pod (?) of dolphin, an alligator and a horse. Cumberland Island is so quiet and peaceful you wouldn't know it has such a fascinating history. Our guide Bobby Shared great stories and knows everything about the area having grown up there. The fort was cool. Again the boats were lots of fun. It feels kind of like your flying around above the water. It's great, not having to worry about having your phone out all the time because the guides take tons of pictures and email them. I got the pictures today. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

This was one of the coolest things my family and I were able to do while at Amelia Island. Bobby gave great directions as I had never ridden a speed boat before and soon we were flying across the water with ease. Learning about the history of the place, seeing Navy bases and an old Carnegie mansion was so amazing. My family and I loved it so much! Please try this out if you're ever in the area!

Chris was an excellent guide, and was exceptionally patient with the inexperienced boaters as well as a special needs child that happened to be in our tour group (we didn't know them). The boats themselves are so much fun! We loved getting to stop at Cumberland Island and see the wild horses, going by Fort Clinch, and of course seeing dolphins multiple times throughout our trip!! Would definitely recommend!

Tip: Make sure you sign your online waiver AHEAD OF TIME and anyone born after Jan 1, 1988 MUST take the Florida Boater Safety Exam AHEAD OF TIME. Several people in our tour group did not do this, and they were holding everything up on the dock to scramble and get it done! Don't be that person. Everyone wants as much time on the water as possible because these boats are FUN!

Unbelieveable!!! What an amazing day and adventure. Ben, was an exceptional guide. He explained the operation of the watercraft and the rules of the water and we were underway. We jumped on our Cats and off we went to enjoy the local scenery. We saw a pod of dolphins and actually got a glimpse of a manatee. Lots of local birds too! Overall, an experience I will never forget and I recommend it if you want to experience Amelia Island and its surroundings from a different perspective.
