I rented tables and chairs from these guys and they were absolutely wonderful. They delivered my order and even took it out to the pavilion in the park for me. They were super easy to work with and contact when I needed to make changes. They also came as soon as I called 2.5 hours early to pick everything up when we had a change of plans. 100% will be using them again if we ever have to do another event rental.

I love and appreciate doing business with companies that realize the value of customer service! Backyard Events is such a company. The owner of the company-Blayne-is very personable, friendly, and professional. Also, he did not hesitate to work with me to accommodate my delivery needs for my Mom's 80th birthday celebration and I really appreciated the understanding and effort he made in "making both the delivery and pick-up" convenient for ME! Additionally, the tables and chairs were of good quality and he even upgraded my chairs because of a slight change he made in the delivery time. I was like "WOW" I am definitely going to continue doing business with "this guy!" For such a minor change, Blayne thought it appropriate to acknowledge my acceptance of the slight change by upgrading my chairs - now that is EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
