I don’t even know to put into words how much I adored working with Barb on our wedding. She made the whole process so stress free! She gave us vendor recommendations when we needed them, coordinated with all the vendors in the weeks/days leading up to the wedding as well of the day of, walked us through the rehearsal, and then seamlessly managed the Big Day. Her wealth of experience seriously came in handy as she had already covered details I never would have thought of, but could have caused serious stress/issues if she hadn’t already planned ahead! It was such a gift to just be able to be in the moment and enjoy my wedding day because I had Barb there to handle everything.

Barb was our wedding coordinator and now she's a dear friend.

We were recommended to Barb through friends and hired her as a month of coordinator and once she took over it was like the weight and stress of planning a wedding was lifted off of us. We actually wish we hired her to handle it from the beginning!

Not only is she so easy to talk to (and hilarious), but she has been planning weddings and events for years and has this calming "no problem" attitude. We had a pretty large wedding and I had so many questions on logistics because we had a church ceremony with a separate wedding reception and she just had all the answers. I needed recommendations for florists and other vendors and she knew everyone in town. She had money saving tips. She helped me figure out tips and meals for vendors. She was able to get ahold of the church coordinator who went MIA on me for two months. I told her what I wanted the reception room to look like and it was perfectly executed. I wanted her opinion on how to organize the room and she helped me with that. She helped with the dinner service. What did she not do?

Barb was so good that we had some behind the scene hiccups on the wedding day (which are inevitable) and I didn't even know until after the fact because of how well she handled it. The only reason I found out was because the guests or staff told me and then followed it up with "but Barb handled it"!

Our wedding was the best day of our lives and I'm convinced it wouldn't have been so without this wonderful woman! We love you, Barb!

Words can't express our gratitude for Barb. My wife and I got married June 22nd 2023. Let me tell you it was everything we could have dreamt of. Barb was so helpful with finding vendors and giving my wife and I solutions to problems we had come across planning our perfect day. Barb was so professional and very down to earth. She makes you feel like she's part of your family. There are coordinators that run weddings,events, birthdays, and then theres Barb. She definitely has alot of knowledge with weddings and what works. She gives her honest opinion and listens to what you really what. She's there to make your day special and special it most definitely was. We want to thank Barb very much. You really knocked it out of the park.

Barb was amazing on my wedding day! She was very communicative and made sure everything was perfect. She was so kind to my bridal party and accommodating throughout the event. She took initiative when something needed to get done and I appreciated her quick actions. I wanted to tell the DJ something and she asked me to sit down and enjoy my food and she would communicate with the DJ. I felt so taken care of and my day was definitely more enjoyable with Barb on my side. I highly recommend her if you want to have a stress-free wedding day!

Where to even begin? Barb is positively outstanding from start to finish. We have worked with her on so many occasions and every time it has been fantastic. She has tons of event experience and is incredibly organized and thorough. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of event planning/coordination.

We’ve bartended several weddings with Barb, and can sincerely say she’s the best coordinator we’ve worked with. She is always on her feet - doing much, much more and working harder than any other coordinator/planner we’ve seen. She’ll be on a ladder fixing the flowers on an arch, tweaking centerpieces until they’re perfect, cutting cake, keeping everyone on time and everything running smoothly, and giving words of encouragement to nervous wedding party members. It seems that she becomes a close friend and confidante to every couple she works with, and I’ve heard countless “we couldn’t have done this without you”s from the brides and grooms, and brides’ parents. She’s got everything covered and she’s a pleasure to work with from a vendor’s point of view. Worth her weight in gold!
