I have never had a bad trip, every trip has been no more than 5-10 minutes late to a destination with Barons Bus. I stopped completely riding with Greyhound over 4 years ago. But special shout out to Samantha who does the route from Cleveland to Louisville. I had to travel 3 times in the past week, and she was my driver each time. She is very nice, her buses are clean, she doesn't take any mess (smile) and is always reliable. Any time i ride with her, I KNOW that i am going to be safe, secure, and on time.

We were on a three day trip on Barons. The driver, Jeff, was very skilled, helpful, and friendly! It was great to have wifi with easy access to the power location! A bonus was I did not have to drive, navigate, find parking locations, and be on time! The bus seats are a little worn and uncomfortable, bus interior could have been cleaner, but overall a pleasant trip! Thanks Barons!!

Traveling for work, Stephanie was our driver. She managed to make me laugh at 7am in 10 degree weather, and was extremely helpful in loading and unloading luggage. We use charter buses often, this was by far my best experience. Great driving, friendly personality, 5 stars!

We traveled with Amy. A real professional. She was always smiling. Navigating the narrow streets of New Orleans was a true test of her skills. Baggage handling was fantastic. And despite road closures due to accidents, etc, she got us to our destinations with time to spare. Want her for future bus trips.

Buses aren’t bad but the Drivers will leave before scheduled leave time! Will stop to take a smoke break for themselves but won’t allow you to go buy a drink. The guy with white hair will lock the doors on you even if it’s not the time to leave yet. And don’t care about the money you’ll spend or time your inconvenienced. do better

Oh my goodness I loved Baron bus friendly drivers clean buses. But the communication is terrible. We use Baron bus to transport our volunteers to different places to fundraise. I booked a bus on the 12/22 in which I had to use a card to pay. When usually I go in a pay cash because of the surcharge and more convenient… I paid partial because that’s all our card would approve . I emailed over and over a manager John telling I was going to pay keep in mind we always do. But here it is Christened eve and I can’t reach this John by email to let him know hey I need to pay. Well we lost over 15,000 in donations for not being able to have 50 people. John canceled the bus didn’t call or email. After I asked to please be patient. This was ridiculous and crazy. If I just paid 3,881.00 dollars what would make you think I wouldn’t pay 1,000.00 I hate I have to find another company because every driver I ever had has been nice. But this John really cost us due to lack of communication.

The bus driver ran over the rumble strips 3x back to back. I asked if he was okay because I was concerned about my safety and the safety of the young adults on board. He assured me that he was fine. He is talking to a passenger on board.
Even as I am writing this review he is continuing holding a conversation.
