WOW I can't say enough great things about Bay Area Event Rentals. I just hosted my baby's first birthday party and am so happy I chose to work with Bay Area Event Rentals for all my rentals including furniture, tents, marquee signs, backdrop decor and balloons! First off, their team was VERY responsive and easy to work with. Day of execution was flawless from a seamless setup, beauitful high quality pieces to quick and efficient break done day of. Next, I want to give Rose a HUGE thank you for her amazing work and coordination of our stunning backdrop and balloon decor. WOW truly perfection!! She took my inspiraiton and delivered flawlessly. Truly the most beautful backdrop that was highlight of our event. Rose was absolutely amazing to work with. Leading up to the party, weather conditions were not looking great and Rose was very attentive and flexible in scenerio planning with me. In the end, she made me feel confident to still move forward with an outdoor setup even with a chance of rain and I am SO glad I did. The day turned out beautiful and the setup was absolutely stunning! It was a Master's golf theme celebration-Truly unforgetable - highly recommend booking wiht Bay Area Event Rentals for your next event!!

Adam delivered a 12 x 12 dance floor on time and set it up perfectly ! We used it at our annual Oktoberfest and the dancers loved it.

Found this company searching for a rental company near me. Their prices and delivery fee were better than other rental companies I priced and used previously, plus they were very responsive to my inquiries. However, once I paid my deposit their respondence to further inquiries slowed. On the day of delivery, I had not received an update on my delivery time. I called to find they were on their way and I had just left for an event. They insisted I be home "per the agreement". Had I known of the window I would have made arrangements for someone to be home, but unfortunately their lack of communication left for a stressful drop off. This also happened on pickup day. No notice of pickup day/time, yet someone called 10 min out saying they were on their way.

The actual items rented were fine, but the service was mediocre. Savings weren't worth the stress for me.
