Natasha is the sweetest soul. She is good people. She and the hotel staff are very pleasant and polite. Towels are very clean, bathroom very clean. Good deal for the price. The lobby is quaint with a fireplace and large TV. Looks like a restaurant with a breakfast nook. The coffee was great, bagels cereal available. Dove products in the bathroom nice touch. I didn't see any roaches in my room. The cleaning staff is diligent and on it. I have given 4 stars bc Just some of the property is outdated hallway doors dirty, hallway rug needs to be replaced. If the hotel got repainted, new hallway doors or painted. Would be 5 stars. Thank you Baymont for the break I needed the rest.

Inexpensive hotel, room was somewhat indifferently cleaned, several very long black hairs in bathroom including one somehow stuck to a clean washcloth on the rack above the toilet. Sheets seemed to have been changed but floor did not appear to have been swept/mopped. No sign of bugs though. Breakfast was OK, waffles, cereal, fruit, toast/bagels, some chains put out eggs/meat but not here. Rooms do have alarm clock, fridge and microwave. Was mostly quiet save some hallway noise from other guests at 3 am.

Building does show it's age, most peculiar was the bathroom doors seemed to have been painted but most of the last coat has peeled away. Not a big deal to me, just weird.

Location was convenient with an easy drive up to the Big E and went past Six Flags on the way.

Worst place to stay ever!!!. Breakfast is supposed to be up to 10 am and when we went down at 9:40 and they didn't had anything left for us to eat. We complained abaot the TV remote that was not working and they did nothing about it. Since there was a snow storm, and the cancelation policy stated that I will be charged for the whole weekend,
Ihad to star and live thos nightmare. We had to stay here for 3 nights without any TV. The shower curtain pole is falling apart, the safe doesn't work at all, the hallways smells like Marijuana. Please do not book a room in this hotel because you will regret it. Like I said before, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed.

The woman at the front desk at the late night check in is rude. There was a sign up saying that the "seasonal" pool was closed. When I turned to tell my children that it was closed and that I was sorry, the lady responded with "if you would've looked on the website no matter where you booked your room from, you would've seen it said the pool was closed." This is in fact was not true as I still... after the trip is over can not find that statement any where. I don't understand how an indoor pool is considered "seasonal". But after seeing the room, it made sense that they probably closed it because they didn't take care of it. Our room (212) was gross. The tub kept dripping, there was no trash can in the bathroom, there was a part of fake eyelash on the floor, there was dirt in every corner in the room, our bathroom window wasn't cleaned, the hvac unit had chunks of dirt/dust in it so we didn't even turn it on, and the room had a weird funk smell to it. The breakfast was lame as only cereal and waffles were available. My daughters let the staff know there was no more butter at breakfast and they got an attitude for letting them know. Just a very unfriendly and very dirty place in general. Only positive - beds were comfy so it did its job for the night.

Natasha was amazing!! She made me and my husband feel like family and was super sweet and accommodating!! Definitely coming back for our next stay soon. Rooms were very clean and peaceful. We stayed for a busy weekend and the hotel was even fully booked. No loud noises, no rowdy kids.

The hotel is disgusting. It has roaches and fruit flies. The cleaners force their way into your rooms even when you say don't come in. They don't understand what you are saying and cannot hold a small conversation or follow instructions. They never washed the garbage can. In another room be had an ice bucket instead of garbage can and the hotel thought this was ok. They advertise for an indoor pool and have closed it for the season. Greedy Brenda and so lazy! They don't clean as we had to beg to have our floor swept, toilet cleaned and shower wipes out. They put same bed spreads on as they have burnt cigarette holes in them. The towels stink and smell like rubber. Yet they come like that every wash.

Brenda Your standards for running a hotel are mediocre at best. Your problem solving skills are ridiculous as we spoke to you many times about your workers not cleaning, coming into our room unannounced and the bugs. You know there are roaches and you still rented out the room instead of calling an exterminator. You yourself barge into people's rooms and don't even say who you are you just yell at them for noise levels at 3pm.

There is a reason why the hotel is so cheap.

The beds were rock hard, the front desk clerk was incredibly rude, and the indoor pool is seasonal which makes 0 sense and was closed when we were there. We didn’t check in until 10 because of traffic and when I told the front desk clerk that I needed that pool for my son who had a medical need, her response was “well, you can cancel!” It was 10pm and they had already taken my money. I couldn’t just cancel. In what universe is an indoor pool seasonal?!

The hotel was ok but the employees is what really makes this place. 1 young lady deals with everything and somehow she still keeps a smile while the manager collects the pay. I stayed 2 nights and it's because of that employee I would stay again.
