DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
This is by far the worst service I've ever dealt with, everyone that us signed up has the same issues, lost packages, lost mail, ...There is no process for mail. There are envelopes that consistently get lost. They change their hours almost daily. There is no such thing as a private mailbox as it states on PS 1583. They don't file taxes on income. They pay their employees under the table...no 1099. They don't keep notarized records of customers
They have one guy back there sorting packages, sorting mail, uploading pictures of mail. Sometimes they'll have mail in buckets that sit there for two days. The woman with the blonde hair is constantly shouting about something. I've witnessed the owner cussing out a customer. They are the most horrible people ever!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This is a message of warning to stay away from this place. Expect no customer service, do expect to have your mail sent back when they decide your not going to come get it.
They say they will hold mail for 30 days and its not true. I had a costumer come to the window and ask for his mail and I went searching for it, during this process I was told it was sent back earlier that day. I looked on the computer and I could see the date stamps on his letters, they were not over 30 days old. I had to look the man in the face and tell him your mail is not here.
It was a 10 mile round trip on a bicycle for this man. Another time I received a support ticket to forward some mail and during the search I found some of the mail that was specifically requested in the tote being returned to the post office, I removed the mail and proceeded to prepare it for forwarding I was immediately reprimanded and ordered to leave it and return it to sender. Do not leave packages there for over 30 days, they don't get sent back. It becomes Christmas at the mail and ship, they open the packages and start passing out the contents. So if you are looking for less than poor customer service punctuated with abuse and have your mail returned to sender. Come on down to BCM Mail and ship they'll be happy to serve you.

They sent an email that pickup is no longer available between 11 and 2 I showed up at 2:15 and they were closed early for Xmas the day before Xmas Eve? No emails that they are doing this!! I was supposed to pick up necessary medicine for a disabled person that had to go without for 4 days because they took a 4 day weekend. Finding an alternative if your mail is important! I wasn't the only person upset by this unannounced closer. A woman ahead of me was so upset she wasn't able to pick up her young children's Xmas presents so sad they would do this . Now they are creating a traffic jam people and vehicles.

Their website is NOT secured. Do not get your private mail sent here. The amount it costs to secure a website with SSL is the same as they charge 1 person for membership to get mail, so they have no excuse.

Worst business as far as integrity and honest business practices I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They demanded extra funds to scan and display the contents of my mail which was supposed to be part of the mailbox service. When I canceled my account, they kept my postage funds which were not spent and misled me several times about sending the money back to me. This is really tough to deal with when you don’t live in the area, which was the entire reason I used their service. Overall I would suggest you seriously consider other options for mailing services in Quartzsite if you value your peace of mind.

These guys and gals ROCK!!! Have been using their services for over three years now and has been a great asset for our family. Our packages, mail, and important documents are always arrive in a timely fashion and if you want your items forwarded to another address along the road they'll do that for you too. They do change their hours based on the season (yes sometimes things are slow in Quartzsite ?) and they do take a lunch hour (everyone needs a break) so if nobody is there it might be a holiday you forgot. Love this business and will continue to use for years to come.

This is a scam. Mike Pacelli is 100% right.

My positive experiences were with Jenny and the nice young man who loaded the packages into our cars. They were employees. They deserved better than to be unceremoniously fired by the owner.

It must be Dementia or something. He wants to close the business and retire but he can't remember how.

Stay far, far away. Use Ironwood instead, drive to Parker, and use a friend's address or iPostal1 for domicile.

Not our monkey, not our circus, and DEFINITELY not worth the stress.
