I am SO happy we chose to work with Be Wed on planning, design, and execution of our wedding day. From our first intro call, Brittany fit the vibe and aesthetic of what we were looking for in our wedding, and I knew from that initial interaction we were in good hands. We were planning a destination wedding in a location we did not live in and could only visit once between booking and wedding day, and they made the process flawless. We chose the Blush Partial Planning Package, and it was worth EVERY PENNY. They were so on top of it when it came to making sure we got all of our vendors booked - while providing multiple vendor suggestions/quotes, always replied to my (sometimes frantic) emails in a timely manner, and helped the wedding day run flawlessly! The team that was on-site and by our sides on wedding day made me feel so relaxed and calm - I knew they had everything in control! Brittany and team took my inspiration pictures and made it a reality - it was really straight out of my Pinterest board as far as expectations went. They even planned in small detail "surprises" on wedding day to make our space look as beautiful as possible. I couldn't imagine our day without the Be Wed team and will always consider them a part of the dream team that made our magical day possible.

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Brittany, Jessica and the entire BeWed team is. From the very first call, Brittany made us feel at such ease with the wedding process. She truly understood our "vision" and made the process fun from day one. We had countless calls where she would listen to all of our concerns, anxieties, wants and hopes for our day and always made sure we felt so confident and good throughout the process. Where do I begin? Brittany and her team were INCREDIBLE. I hired Brittany for full service wedding planning for my Ritz Carlton Sarasota wedding and I have no idea how there would have been a wedding without her. I work full time and live in Georgia so I trusted Brittany with everything and she delivered beyond anything I could imagine.
She talked me through every situation, every question, every idea. She not only makes certain every detail in the timeline is right, but she designed the most gorgeous breathtaking wedding. I explained my initial vision from inspo pictures and she was able to take everything I loved about it and make it even more gorgeous than I could have dreamed. Her table scape, floral vision and rentals from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was just so gorgeous.
Brittany was so loving and caring and detail oriented she made me feel like I was the only wedding she was planning the entire year I worked with her. I would see her post multiple other weddings on IG every weekend I was shocked at how she does it! She is so responsive and cares about every detail and she truly gives you her full attention I felt like her one and only.

Brittany also set me up with other fantastic vendors from her “dream team” - brides.. biggest word of advice.. hire the whole dream team crew!! It was so obvious that they all loved and respected each other. I was receiving positive feedback from my guests regarding the team, it was THAT noticeable. Together they made the absolute best day possible and we were all laughing and dancing together and they are all incredibly talented.

Brittany made me feel loved, understood and truly wanted to make this day so special for me, my husband and our families.

The day was amazing, the timeline was perfect, the planning process was fun. After working with Brittany for a year I was ending our calls “love you bye!”. Be Wed team is remarkable, Brittany is insanely talented, you will not regret working with her. Brittany-can you plan the rest of my life for me?!

If you want the most perfect, fun, made-just-for-you wedding, hire Brittany and the Be Wed team. "Magical" and "spectacular" are the adjectives our family keeps using for our 2024 wedding that Brittany planned. Every guest we spoke with said, "Best wedding I've been to. I'll never forget it."

My husband and I said about a hundred times in our year of wedding planning, "wow, we couldn't do this without Brittany. She’s incredible." Brittany was our lead planner, and we did the full planning package. Absolute best investment a couple can make. We legitmately had fun planning, and that was due to Brittany's energy, expertise, connections, and all the behind-the-scenes work she did that we never had to do nor see.

Her team is extremely well-connected and valued in Sarasota. Any time we had a vendor call, they’d express happiness and relief that Brittany was at the helm of planning…literally every vendor said she's the best of the best. And wow, she made magic happen.

We didn't think we wanted a videographer, but then we had second guesses, and Brittany leveraged her credibility and network to secure us the best videographer in town last-minute, and that videographer was over the moon to get to work another wedding with Be Wed. Brittany makes you feel like a best friend and top priority, even from intro calls before signing her contract. Getting emails from her team always made us smile while reassuring we were always ahead of the game.

We had many questions, and she was patient and calm, giving assured explanations of her opinions. With her expertise, we made smart and critical decisions that we never would've made without her. Every single vendor that Be Wed connected us to was stellar. We had visions of what we did and didn't want for our day, but everything came together better than we could’ve dreamed.

Day-of, my husband and I didn't have to do one thing except enjoy every moment. We were floored by our all-outdoors setup….Brittany created a true fairytale. She is the mastermind but also never afraid to get into the little things, like helping me with undergarments and going full mom-mode to fix my foundation when I bawled my eyes out. She is hilarious and brought such joy day-of. She coordinated all our special requests, including a surprise to me from my mom that I had zero clue about.

If you're hosting a wedding, please, hire Brittany. You and your partner and your families will feel so heard and loved all throughout your planning process. You'll want to relive your whole planning and big day over and over again like we do. We had the time of our lives. Thank you, Brittany and Be Wed!!!

If I could let this company coordinate my life I would- Letting them help with our wedding was one of the best decisions we made though! Not only did they make the wedding of our dreams but we gained friends in the process 🙂 Brittany helped every step of the way even though our wedding ended up being on her birthday and her team is amazing! If you are considering getting married for a destination wedding and you are looking for the best, DO NOT SEARCH ANY FURTHER than Be Wed, Sarasota Wedding planners. Working with Brittany and her team was like a night out with your most trusted and best crazy friends. You will love her and her team.

Our first meeting was in their newly opened offices in downtown Sarasota. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was nervous. I sent Brittany a presentation for deck for our theme ideas and direction that I saw our New Year’s Eve wedding going. She did not blink an eye at our Vintage Circus, set in the roaring twenties with are guests requested to wear formal attire of the era. She’s creative, genuine, and well connected.

She found us a cake designer (best in her industry, if you ask me, but that’s left for another review of Julie Deffense Artistry), Circus performers, connected us with the DJ, Strings, an officiant and everything else needed to prevent a full on meltdown on my part, because I am a type A, perfectionist, who runs my own business and my standards may sometimes be a bit unattainable.

When the wedding was over, I felt like I was leaving a new friend. Hugs, Brittany. There weren’t enough photos of you at the wedding. That’s right, she strives to make sure that the bride, the groom, the party and the guests shine. But working with Brittany and Be Wed, you will immediately realize that they are the true stars of the show!

The worst part of the experience with Be Wed is that I will not need their services further. So, if you are reading this, please hire Brittany and her team, you will not regret it.
