If you are getting married, you NEED Bee for the Day. There is no way we would have gotten down the aisle without Brooke and Debbie helping us out every step of the way.

From the very beginning, we knew we were in great hands with Brooke. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry, knows every vendor in the area, and is professional. She was always responsive and helpful regarding all the questions we had. She is so efficient and the level of detail she got down to regarding the different nuances of our timeline was remarkable.

During the actual day, Brooke and Debbie ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we didn’t have to lift a finger. They do so many things for you that you wouldn’t think of: Tying bowties when no one in the room knows how, making last minute design and logistical changes that elevate the venue space, taking photos and videos of you, fixing hair, dress, boutonnieres, etc. All things that you would have to do on your own that day.

They were so great in handling our vendors, ensuring that they were on time, and everything came together perfectly. Our venue looked amazing, and our timeline was followed so well by everyone.

Probably the best part about the Bees was the level of kindness and respect that they showed us. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt loved and supported. We were their number one priority every step of the way and by the end of the night, they became family.

You will not be disappointed in hiring Bee for the Day. If we had to do it all over again, they would be our first call.

Bee for the Day is THE BEST! For most of my engagement, I didn’t think I would need a day of coordinator because we were keeping things simple. The best wedding planners ever! They were so helpful with everything from recommending vendors to helping us decide on napkin colors. They are so responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. My brother and sister both used them as well so they really feel like family now. By far the best decision we made in the wedding planning process! They made me a priority and did everything they could to make sure the day was exactly what we wanted. I couldn't have done it without them! The day of services are so amazing, I never had to worry about a single thing the whole day. If any issue popped up, they were on top of it and solved before I even knew what happened. I was so nervous before I walked down the aisle but Grace was such a calming presence and made me feel so much better. Brooke came and grabbed me while talking to guests to make sure I got to eat some food! <3 I cannot say enough about how invaluable they were to us throughout the whole process! I consider myself to be detail-oriented and very organized, but when it came to wedding planning, I knew I couldn't do it alone. Bee for the Day came to my rescue and handled EVERY.SINGLE.DETAIL--ones that I didn't even consider! Brooke was phenomenal. She provided all kinds of resources to help find vendors, and the best part of the process is that you can use the Bees as much, or as little, as you need! Dani was my "Lead Bee" and WOW, she really made my wedding perfect. There were some hiccups that I didn't even find out about until a few days after the wedding--she handled everything and took all the stress/worry out of the equation for me. Our "Worker Bee" was Katherine, and she was on the ball too. I couldn't recommend Bee for the Day more! Thank you Brooke, Dani, and Katherine!!

Bee for the Day is honestly the best company ever!!! Everyone that works there is so nice and just wants the best for each bride. Our main bee was Jessica and I really could not be more grateful for her and the other bees. They made sure everything was perfect and took care of every single thing. So hiring a wedding planner was not initially on my list of vendors. However, that quickly changed just after a little research and a phone call with Brooke. Their resources provided a lot of easy choices for our day (photographer, DJ, Dress..) and any time I was struggling with something they helped guide me. When I finally got to meet with my day of Bee, Kerri, I knew I had made the right choice. We clicked right away and she put any stresses to ease. On the day of my wedding everything was so smooth. If there was ever anything wrong to this day I don’t know it. I never thought in a million years that a day that takes so much planning, stress and money could just feel so effortlessly perfect. I know I have Kerri (her assistant and all the other bees) to thank for that. ♥️
