I attended a Wedding Reception at the Bell event center on March 29th. It was unseasonably warm and the AC in the event center broke. This was not relayed until right before the reception. The elderly guests were forced to leave early and this put a major damper on what they had hoped to be a wonderful evening. To top it off, the handicap stall was out of order so the guests in wheelchairs were unable to use the restroom. The bride handled it gracefully but after attempting to get a refund they were told per their contact that services were met. The heat caused their cake to melt, they paid for string lights that were never hung and their service staff was rude and rushy. Most likely because they too were burning up! I was so disappointed and saddened by the outcome. They need to do better. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA to ensure accessible restrooms for guests that need accommodation is met for future events.

The venue was truly lit by candlelight, Bell Center is a profoundly beautiful space and the performance and talent of musicians even surpassed the beauty of the locale. I could not have enjoyed it more, seating was comfortably placed and was beautifully lit. I cannot wait for my next candlelight concert at memorial hall, this is a brilliant way to make classical music and modern music played on strings accessible to all ages, cultures, and budgets. I would love to see the concept expanded to other types of music and musicians!

After visiting many venues in the area, we knew the Bell was the best choice upon first stepping foot inside. The space is absolutely beautiful and does require much decor but it’s not over the top in a way that prevents you from making it your own. The setup also allows for a seamless flow from cocktail hour outside to the reception indoors. Also, the recent renovations truly elevate the space and allow for a better room setup. The food was one of our biggest concerns for our reception but the Bell exceeded our expectations and we received many compliments on the food. Our day-of coordinators were Morgan and Emily and they provided seamless day-of coordination with impressive organization and attention to details and worked well alongside our wedding planner. All of the inclusions at the Bell such as place settings, card box, linens, stands for signs, candles, table numbers, seating chart, and more made the wedding planning process significantly easier. Although we did not use the bridal suite for getting ready it was helpful to have as a separate place for the bride/groom and wedding party to hang out during cocktail hour and it was nice to have a more private restroom. A small touch that made a big difference on our wedding day was having pre-mixed signature cocktails for the cocktail hour to reduce lines at the bar. Another thing I loved was that we were not rushed out the door at the end of the event as I have experienced at other venues. I cannot imagine having had my wedding reception anywhere other than the Bell Event Centre and would definitely recommend it!

Attended a "Fever" event at the Bell Event Centre and wow...what a venue! Early to mid 1800s architecture with beautiful murals and stained glass throughout. The event I attended was a string quartet reciting the music of Queen. And the place was accented with the light of hundreds, maybe even thousands of candles. Well put together, they've created a timeless magical event. Already searching for my next experience . 10 out of 10 for me.

We LOVED the Bell Event Centre for our Wedding day! The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process! After looking at other venues, we were worried the Bell Event Centre was going to be too dark for what we were wanting but it wasn't at all. The building has such amazing character and we received so many compliments from our guests! The coordinators were wonderful too! We were indecisive about a lot of things and they helped us pick out options and build our timeline. We would have been lost without them! They also made our wedding day stress free so we could enjoy the day. The girls in our wedding party used the suites to get ready in and it worked out great! The courtyard was perfect for first looks and family pictures too! We cant thank you enough!

The venue was breathtaking, the musicians were so talented and engaging, and the whole experience was made even better by sharing it with my friends! We'll definitely be back!

(Side note, the occasion was a candlelight orchestra concert for Vivaldi's four seasons. Look for tickets and future showings on Fever, it's an app!)

The Bell Event Center is the ONLY venue to host your wedding and/or wedding reception! Every detail is accounted for, even things you would never think of! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect for you!

The space speaks for itself. The lighting. The architecture. The original fresco style painting on the ceilings. The arches. The acoustics. All 10 out of 10!

The staff is incredible! Krissy was our day of coordinator and she made sure we were absolutely perfectly comfortable with every detail and decision so that we could just enjoy ourselves. Wedding planning is chaotic and stressful enough. All we wanted was to dance the night away without a care in the world, and Krissy made sure we were able to do that!

Wedding food isn't typically something to write home about, but Chef Hannah is doing everything she can to make sure that isn't the case at Bell! From the passed hors d'oeuvres to the entrees, everything was executed perfectly! Her team is full of All Stars!

Let's face it, weddings and receptions are expensive, and if you're going to pay top dollar, you better get a top notch experience! Every venue we visited was going to be similar cost for Bell, but none of the venues included the necessary items for your wedding reception. Things like silverware, linens, table clothes, glassware, etc. Bell did! I found myself asking these other venues, "How are my guests supposed to eat? With their hands?" If I want to be nickel and dimed, I'll go car shopping! Bell took this cost and made sure all of those items are included in your rental fee. Bravo!

Bell Event Center and their team have thought of everything and more! You won't be disappointed!

My now husband and I had our reception at The Bell and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out! I had been to a reception a few years back and it was one of the most fun weddings I had ever been too. So when it was time for my husband and I to find a place I knew where I wanted to go first. We went to The Bell and booked it IMMEDIATELY!!
Our event coordinator for the reception was Kelsey, and she was so detail oriented and asked all of the right questions. I gave her ideas as to how to organize the centerpieces and decorations as the guests would walk in, and I made sure to give her free reign to make it look good and presentable. And let me tell you, IT WAS BETTER THAN I EVER ENVISIONED. Kelsey helped make our wedding day beautiful, organized and most important, FUN!! The amount of compliments we, along with our families have received, is RIDICULOUS!! I was nervous about the food being prepared in house and everyone loved it!! We did the chicken, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, green beans and the London broil. Everyone loved the food and the drinks!! We even received compliments on how perfectly cooked the London broil came out. It was the best day and night of our lives this far, and we are so grateful and appreciative to everyone at The Bell for making sure it was the perfect day for us.
Our photography and videography team we used was Bambino International (and let me tell you, I could go in to an entire review about them, but I will spare everyone that here. They are AMAZING), our DJ and lighting we used were CSC Special Events (again, they are AMAZING too and the DJ, Jimmy, really payed attention to how the crowd was reacting to the songs being played ), and our cake was A Spoon Fulla Sugar (I know I am biased, BUT THEY ARE AMAZING TOO!!). I want to bring these three up because these are some of The Bell’s preferred vendors and they could not have given us better recommendations for our big day. The Bell Event Centre has dedicated workers that genuinely want your day to be so special and memorable.
I think the halo photo booth is worth mentioning as well. Our guests had THE MOST FUN TIME WITH IT! It is such a fun idea I have not seen at any other wedding I have been too. Your guests can take their own pictures and then once they are finished, they put their phone number in to receive a link to it, but the bride and groom can see all of them as well.
I hope this review is helpful to those of you looking for venues. If I could do it all over again, I would not change a thing about that day or night. The Bell is the way to go!! If you are thinking about it, 100% book it! I think you will have the same experience we had, and maybe an even better one!!
