What a delightful find!

The owners at the b&b we were staying at recommended we check out Bellavenue Manor after getting to know us, and I'm so glad they did.

It's a working lavender farm and a gift shop featuring both lavender products and precious gemstones, crystals, jewelry, as well as a number of other lovely gifts - tea towels, candles, books, soaps, etc.

My kids both bought lovely rings during a jewelry sale, as well as some small figurines. I'm kicking myself for not grabbing a few more lavender products before we left town, so you should get some before you go!!

Bellavenue Manor is an oasis in the middle of a small town that is reviving itself. The shop is full of affordable quality gifts and who can resist lavender? Besides this interesting shop there are several others within a short walk, and two great places to sit inside to drink first rate coffee, or drive through at Moco's. It's lovely to sit on a bench on Main St. with a cup of coffee and relax.
