DON’T LISTEN THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and Valentine’s Day! It was 8 minutes from the casino (shuttle service from hotel provided) and a lot of the restaurants. Mystic was about 15 minutes away also. Much more affordable than staying at the casino! We had an easy check in, the room was clean the jacuzzi was unbelievable! The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful in anyway they can assist! I will say the only downfall which isn’t really that big of a deal is the walls are paper thin so yes you do hear a lot of what’s going on! We would definitely stay here again for the price and location. The water was hot the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Parking isn’t an issue either!

I was looking for a quick night away as a surprise for my boyfriend for his birthday. I specifically wanted a Jacuzzi/whirlpool in suite, I asked around and someone recommended Bellissimo Grande. The price (through booking and on a Friday) was incredibly AFFORDABLE for what it came with! The room was so CLEAN, the indoor pool is open from 7am until 10pm, the bathroom looked as if it was brand new. They not only offer free shuttle to the casino but also if you want to take your own car it's only minutes away! Highly recommend!

My Boyfriend & I did a Valentine's Day & his Birthday weekend getaway. Bellissimo was a nice place to stay. People are friendly & free morning coffee always ready. They serve food if you want to eat in the hotel. We only did one morning breakfast which was good. The room was cozy & the heat always kicked in. Big size bathroom.. All in all it was a nice 4 days stay. They have a bus shuttle to Foxwood & that was a good thing.. I would recommend it to stay at the Bellissimo Hotel.. We had a nice weekend.. 😊👍😊

The best part of the hotel was the staff. Super friendly upon arrival and very open to assisting with any concerns. That being said, the hotel is dark, depressing and really dated. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, The bathroom floor was cracked, mold and age build up in the corners, and the rest of the room was the same. There is a jacuzzi directly next to the bed, and the room is furnished with very dark with extremely old furniture that is scratched and worn. The room was also much smaller than expected, although that could've been the tub taking up so much space. The refrigerator, which is a nice option, froze everything that we had making it unusable. We didn't complain because as nice as the staff was I don't think they could've renovated our room in 6 hours we were out of it, or the 16 hours total we were there. We didn't use the shuttle, which followed suite with the aged hotel. We took an Uber.

Positive: This hotel was great, we loved the spa tub in the bedroom and were shockingly surprised when we went in the room and we had a mirror on the ceiling above the bed. It was definitely an experience I wouldn?t mind replaying. Negative: The bed was not comfortable we came home with sore backs from the bed, wish it was more comfortable and that would have made the experience 100 times better. The shower was also very small even though the bathroom was huge they had the smallest shower

It was pretty good for the price! The pool was really warm but definitely isn’t vacuumed / the area isn’t cleaned often. You can def hear everyone in the hallway and surrounding rooms from your own room with the door shut. A lot of the amenities in our room were empty (lotion, shampoo) but whatever we only stayed one night. We would stay here again, I think for the price it was good and the area is awesome. We stayed here overnight to go to the aquarium, its 15 min away, and my daughter wanted to swim.

My partner and I spent our anniversary here. The hotel was beautiful. However, when checking in and going to our room we noticed they sent us to someone else’s room where there belongings were. Thankfully we are honest people because we could have easily stolen out of their luggage and purse. Anyway, the front desk gave us another room. Our room was clean, the jacuzzi was amazing, and the bed as wonderful.

The driver ( Jim ) is wonderful! |The breakfast was delicious too! We definitely will be back to Bellissimo Hotel!
