Something magical about this place. Nothing fancy, but has all the needed amenities in good condition and priced right.
It's so clean and quiet, I don't want to leave. Caroline, the manager is one of the kindest, giving, and caring people one will ever meet. You feel like family and she makes sure everything is up to your expectations. I find excuses to stay longer.

Wonderfully helpful when traveling through with an RV and need to empty tanks and fill with water. Easy to get to dump station and out again with a 35' 5th wheel. Friendly and helpful manager and easy to leave money for the use of the dump station if nobody is around. Fantastic resource when boondocking out behind Ajo. Propane full up via Napa right next door too.

Over 3 yrs. ago I came to Ajo to work for a old friend from Seattle. I arrived here after visiting a couple of times. I due to move in , however the person I was to meet was no where to be found. The second bummer was my cell phone didn't work here. I wanted to go back to my home of 42 years. I made a deal with my old friend and I didn't want fail. Third, I didn't have much money. I drove around finally meet Dennis at Belly Acres looking for help and direction. Not only did he give a place stay for 2 days ( very cheap) he allowed me to use is phone and bring the phone to me when I got a call. His, wife really cool. At the end of that I gave our Lord praise and thanks. Two great people and we all are still friends

This was a great way to spend a few days. Allowed us to travel down in Mexico for the day. The campground host are super friendly! Gravel sites but ours was perfectly level. Extremely quiet at night. Filled up with propane at the camp. There’s a Chevron gas station across the street with a very wide lanes to get into. There is a RV supply and repair store next to the park. There’s an IGA food store and Ace Hardware across the street also. Great location.

I teach in the local school, and I have chosen to live in my RV to accommodate a lower salary. I have called Belly Acres home for four years, now. In all my time here, I have never had a problem with the managers or owner. All the amenities are kept spotlessly clean, and the manager works diligently to see to it that all who stay have a pleasant experience. I have watched many customers return each year and stay the entire winter. The park fills to capacity each year. It's a great place to live.

My father in law stayed the winter there for a few years and he loved it and made friends like family. We never stayed there but Dennis and his lovely wife (and friends) were there for us and helped us out more than they could know. Amazing people. Thank you.

The owner couple is super friendly and they graciously accepted our "same-day" reservation. Laundry, shower, water, electric, sewer all the hookups you need! This was a great place to recharge for a few days between adventures in the refuge.

I stopped here to dump my tanks after boondocking. No problem. The manager (with the gun on his hip... lol, at least it's safe there!) was a really cool guy. We chatted for a bit and had some laughs. Super nice and super helpful. No hidden fees or charges here. They are straight on the up and up. He gave me his rates and said it was all inclusive. I even gave this place a good review on my blog. I would go back there with no problem. The location is convenient and easy to maneuver in and out.
