My wife and I spent three nights at this location. The hotel is located in a commercial area by an airport. Noise in our room 210 was not an issue. There is a marijuana store next door. ||We were checked in by Diamond and her teammate. Diamond informed us about good Italian restaurants. She suggested Vito’s and it was a good choice.||Our room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was excessive. And the vent was slow in getting the moisture out of the bathroom.||Breakfast service was nice but choices were very limited. No bananas or oranges. ||The hotel was a good value relative to the price.

Stayed here for my wedding anniversary with my husband as a night away. I had an Edible Arrangement delivered prior to us checking in so it would be placed in the room for us as a surprise to my husband. The hotel staff went above and beyond to be sure the Edible Arrangement was re refrigerated after I had a delay in arriving for our original check in time. As to be sure the Arrangement didn't melt. The staff was super sweet and made the whole experience such a comfortable one. The gentleman working the night shift was also super helpful with providing us an extra pillow upon request on a very busy night. With a hotel full of highschool hockey teams. Will definitely book again 🙂

I would like to start by saying something nice... BUT, already the service is poor. When people have been traveling all day and are finally able to check into a hotel... They are hoping to see friendly faces welcoming them and nice staff with helpful attitudes at the counter. That did not happen at this location!
The young lady was short and rude. She didn't even give me a total before asking me to pay. The other guy working behind the counter was very unprofessional speaking poorly about the guests from the previous night. Upon checking in, I received no information about the hotel, the area, parking, breakfast, pool being closed, or directions to the room.
The attendant actually walked away after giving us the agreement to sign.
At least the room was clean.

The hotel is quite dated. The breakfast girl clearly didn't want to be there on a Tuesday morning. She never smiled. She took away the bread tray and I had to wait even longer for toast, when all she had to do was leave the tray in place and bring out the French toast and fill it up. The bacon was so thin and burnt it was practically inedible. Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had at a Best Western and I'm a platinum member with quite a few stays on the east coast.

The motel is situated close to the on ramp and the bed was quite comfortable, that's about all the positives. I didn't have time to try out the pool or the gym, but they looked nice. The other negative was that I guess since I used my points instead of cash they put me in the middle of the hotel instead of near an exit or the breakfast area. Whenever I pay cash, I always get rooms close to the elevator or front entrance. The hotel was not crowded and there were plenty of rooms available.

Ok, so first off, I want to start off with a positive: this room was cheap. Next, I want to clarify, the negatives I'm listing could be a positive depending on your preferences. The negative: the entire hallway and rooms smelled like a 4:20 convention. Also, when we were leaving, a fine gentleman and his lady friend decided to park right next to my car and have a business transaction. Mind you, there were far more secluded spots in the parking lot. As they left, I noticed that his lady friend was in need of major dental care, so I yelled out my dentist's phone number. Anyway, I hope this helps anyone that is interested in this place (not judging you with what you do with it).

Room was average. Hotel needs updating and some maintenance. 1 of 2 elevators were out of order and the vending machine on floors 1&2 needed serviced. Free breakfast was decent(mainly eggs, sausage). During our stay several college hockey teams were staying there so the breakfast area was crowded.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The service was top-notch, with every detail carefully attended to. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Every bite was a delight to the senses! The professionalism displayed by the entire team was commendable, making our visit truly enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will be returning again and again, and we can't wait to bring the rest of our family along to share in the experience. This place has earned our highest recommendation, and we can't wait to come back for more unforgettable moments.

The hotel itself is ok. The pop machines were out of pop the room had no remote and one of the elevators was out of order. The room I was decent. Bed was clean as was the bathroom. We were on the first floor close to the front desk so it was a little loud but not bad. The area around the hotel was very run down, lots of buildings boarded up. We chose this location to be close to the Mark Twain museum and Bushnell park. Came in on a Friday and left on Sunday
