Staff and room was great! Just two things to be made aware of. The jets in the bath tub of room 230, a lot of dirt came out of them, so please warn the BW team to give the jets of the bath tub a good clean. The coffee maker where your pour the water for the coffee looks like it has not been cleaned and the filter hole was clogged with old coffee from previous guests. Besides that everything about our stay was great. Thank you!

Clean rooms bed was good. Pillows a little small but ok. Check in was running late had to wait longer then 4pm . Staff was nice and friendly. Would go back to stay for work. Definitely need fresh coffee for morning time. No need for you to bring extra blanket.

The suite was spacious and clean. The hot tub and fireplace were welcome after walking in the rain from the Rio Theater. The bed and pillows were great. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is always nice and the choices were good. I'll stay again

The room was okay. I will start with the doo to the room was open when we arrived so we were rather worried. Next the door didn’t for the opening so there are large gaps too and bottom the things can fit through. The tv remote didn’t work. Thinking it was the batteries I went to the front desk to get the replace. Didn’t work. Last time we stayed multi day the house keeping cleaned the room and made the beds. Not this time. Towels and trash only. Breakfast is good. Parking is easy and reasonable though I do believe it went up in the last 2 months.

We stayed 2 nights. The staff was excellent. Every staff member was helpful .
The room was adequate. It was clean, a little outdated. There are microwaves , refrigerators and coffee makers in the room.
The free breakfast is very good.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay. If we are in Santa Cruz again, we will stay here.

Friendly staff. Rooms weren't the cleanest or most equipped. Nice breakfast. Worth it for just one night's stay, but wouldn't advise a longer stay. Nice places nearby to eat within walking distance and super close drive to the Boardwalk.

Staff were very friendly, atmosphere was good and a really nice bright breakfast area that also had seats to hang out of in front of a TV. Coffee facilities were available throughout the day. Room was big. Only downsides were that the hot breakfast was a bit limited (but there were a lot of other options) and my room had a window onto a dark alley. But relative to the cost of some of the other places I've stayed in in Santa Cruz, this is a great option

My honest review, I don’t recommend staying here. The rooms are dirty and the shower are stained. I spelt water on the floor so I wiped it with a napkin that collect dirty and sand. There was little bugs flying around the room and they were dead ones in the bed. We felt dirty the whole stay. Our room didn’t have any windows or any air flow. Smelled musty, and heard music all night from the dining area. Pool was out of order and ice machines didn’t work. The people at the front desk, had a bad attitude. I want to give a good review but I can’t when I had a bad experience staying here. The best part was the breakfast and the short distance to the ocean.
